Question
scoup
Guys I'm learning to play the PCM 2012 a month and am now much better, but still would like to know how my team got very fatigued runners which have competed little or nothing and how should I do to make disappear the same fatigue.

Best regards,

how many days have they raced? 60+ days and you lose fitness, and have high fatigue
what is their fitness schedule? determines how hard they 'train' which can raise fatigue
have you used training camps? pre-season training camps increase fatigue a lot

Race days only influence in max racing fitness. Fatigue is only influenced by the fitness schedule/program.

No. You can have 120 race days, but if you have a fitness program that never goes above level 3, you won't get any considerable fatigue levels.

Not necessarily, the training program also influences the fatigue levels. For example if you go a pre-season training week your fatigue level will increase

Since when though are pre-season training camps part of training programs? Pfft

Plus my point is that race days do not play a role in fatigue. Training camps are no race days Wink

I think I did an training camp in order to improve the attributes in the hills, but now I'm making training camp of recovery for the fatigued cyclists, would this result?

I don't use training camps, so I quite don't know how recovery training works. I suggest you to just finish your current season and for the next one create custom fitness programs for at least your leaders and some good teammates. Since you don't need normal teammates to have great fitness you can use some of the existing fitness programs without tweaking. Try to use the Lachi's software, because it is a lot more accurate than the PCM one. The main advantage of custom programs is that you don't tire your riders too much and you can create them so they fit your goals better than using PCM ones.

If you are feeling picky and you have time, you can also design specific fitness programs for every single rider, but in my opinion that's a lot of work for marginal gains and, anyways, you don't need great fitness for a cyclist who is going to be just a water carrier or a regular low rate helper.

There is NO WAY to reduce the fatigue unless you cheat.
The fatigue will reset at the start of the season and then build up until the end of the season using the logic mentioned by lluuiiggii.

Recovery Training camp don't reduce Fatigue ?

Lachi
Why should it? It is like going on vacation, it boosts the morale.
I explained the concept of fatigue, so what part of it didn't you understand.

The problem being a recovery training camp actually Increases Fatigue a lot when it shouldn't. I think that's a bug in the game.

It should decrease fatigue a little and it says so in the Tips that come with the game.

Like in real life, if you finish the Tour and get back on the bike the next week you'll get more tired than if you go to a spa and get massage by pretty ladys.

Lachi
This is a game not the real world. A game need rules like this else you could easily race and win all GTs with the same rider by boosting the fitness before the race and reducing the fatigue afterwards.

cymarel
I agree but the way is set up now that training camp is useless. Moral in general is very weak. Of course if the team is in a good position in the rankings most of the riders will have good moral, but even if you get a message saying that a rider is unhappy with a change of status, it doesn't show in his moral.

Can somebody tell me how can I create in Lachis editor custom training shedule for riders ? thx

lluuiiggii
You don't need an Editor to create custom training schedules (assuming you mean fitness programs here), you can do it in game (just change the program to a custom one, and click 'edit' ).

cactus-jack
You don't need Lachis Editor for that. You do it in-game. You could also use the season planner.
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"
