save the jersey as c00_maillot and replace it with the jersey in c00.

Probably because you didn't choose the default jersey in custom team creation?

Did you also replace the minishirt? maybe that is why when you are starting your career you don't see it.

there, you put your mini jersey as c00_minimaillot
if you need one, someone can make it for you if you upload the jersey.

Okay, I got the "3D"-minishirt and put it in Gui > team_shirt and putted in the minishirt as C00_minimaillot but the same old jersey is still there....
I'm sorry for being so bad at this..

Was your file in .tga? Did you overwrite the old file (did the computer ask if you wanted to overwrite)?
The Cxx minimaillots are all in .dds. The game reads minimaillots in both .dds and .tga formats, but it goes for the .dds one first. So if you put your c00_minimaillot in .tga but didn't delete the .dds one, the game will still go for the .dds one (solution = delete the .dds one, or convert yours to .dds -> first one is easier).

OKAY NOW
Everything looks ok, I putted the .dds file in the team_shirt and named it C00_minimaillot.dds
and putted the jersey (in .png) it under 3D-Cyclicts-Cloth-Team-c00
And I see the jersey everywhere in the game but not in 3D race... what now?
Again, sorry for being such an idiot at this..

Uhm, I didn't really change it. At first I right-clicked the minimaillot and got it in .png
But when I pushed the minimaillot I downloaded it in .dds

Ah, ok then. Well you can change the image using an image editing software/image converter one. Or, if you only want to do it for this shirt, it might be faster to attach the jersey and have someone convert it for you.
