Here's mine:
Great sprinting stats but his flat stats will probably mean he won't be a good enough rider. Just think, if there were 10-15 or so higher to start with then I could be onto a special rider here!

Christ!! Is he still in the Under 23's with SP 77!?!?!
That's crazy, but yeah, his all round attributes are terrible and unless he improves a lot in FL, HI, STA and RES in particular, he will be very average.
There was a regen/newgen thread before and this is a good idea. I'll post some of mine if I can be arsed

Yeah! He's literally winning everything there, which is flat!
@DaBobScotts, what do you mean? I know he's not going to develop to become the new Cavendish, but I don't think 1 or 2 minor stage victories a season would be too much to ask for from him. |

You know on the training screen of the rider, where you select a training program, etc, how it shows you stars on the right hand side? You might find that his sprint is already maxed out.
It's not all about what the rider is like now, but what he will be like in several years time. I've had riders that were shit when I got them, but my scout said there were going to be a future great. Sure enough, the potential was huge, and he became an amazing rider a few years later.

That's the plan, it's just a shame that he will never be able to time trial. But when you're at least 82 in MO it's not that important.

Having played PCM for years, I have found really many good riders. I have made teams out of purely scouted riders, even. Had a Hushovd-like rider (but better!) from Brazil at one point. Sadly, I can't seem to find any images nor do I have the DB anymore.

Wow i didnt even know you could scout riders with that high stats. I thought u would be lucky to find someone with 70 on anything well done guys keep up the good work

Without a 70+ acceleration, he'll never be able to even challenge in the pure mass sprints, especially considering that his secondary stats are very low too.
Same goes for the 72 cobble stat. Without higher flat, stamina and resistance, he won't have any use of his high stat, even if he grows to 80+.
Not trying to be pessimistic, but I'm just warning you that this guy looks better than he might actually be. Hopefully he'll grow his other stats as time passes.

From what i know and tested in a sprint the acceleration stat does not count. It's only for how long a rider can mantain his attack. |

Or, in the case of the sprint, how long the rider can mantain his sprint = how long the red bar last (in any case during the race; attack, sprint, a huge effort to keep with group, or dot or whatever).

Just signed a pair of Mexicans for next season that could fill a massive void in my current squad. Bobadilla is a "future great" and Argos (great name) is "promising".
I really need a leader for the cobbled classics and hopefully Argos could be that man, whilst Bobadilla looks like he could be an explosive puncher which I also really need, although I do have Uran who is ok (well, he actually won Fleche Wallonne and came 2nd at Amstel this season, so probably a bit better than ok!!)
