Welcome to my second attempt at this story. After my first try's save file became broken I lost interest in restarting. That interest is back and it's time to go at this again. I'm going to use things I've learned from my first attempt and things I've added in to make this a better game. I won't be doing video's regularly for this as they just take too much time, but I think I will give them a try for the Giro d'Italia and see how well they are received.

Now for some of the particulars about the format of this career. I am using the PCM DBv1 with Fenian's Xpac, and some minor tweaks of my own to the recruiting regions. I have add recruiting weights (1) to the regions of Ecuador and Curaçao. I also removed the recruiting weight of USA (3) and added 6 regions, East Coast, Great Lakes, Great Plains, Rocky Mountains, West Coast and Puerto Rico. All the new regions carry a recruiting weight of 1.
Other notes, Orientation of Custom Team was set at 30% though it was plenty more than needed. Evolution is set at the very top end of .3, Database potentials were set to random, Career difficulty level is Easy, Race mode difficulty is set to Hard.
Last bit of information - I will keep this team at the continental level (by force) and will also pick my races (by force). I don't care much for single day races or anything on cobbles so you won't ever see much for me in those categories. I will try and do a few classics after the first season but I don't know much about them so I'm open to suggestions. I like San Sebastian which is why it is on my schedule for the first season.

Team Concepts and Sponsors
The Señor Frogs - Air Canada team will bring new concepts to the idea of being a team. This team of 25 riders will be placed into 7 3-rider mini-teams and two pairs of young riders. The riders in these mini-teams will stay with each other throughout the season joining up with other mini-teams for each race. We hope this will foster unparalleled comradery and perhaps even spark a bit of competitive spirit as the teams each strive to be the best mini-team on the Señor Frogs - Air Canada team.
Our primary sponsor is the Señor Frogs Restaurant chain. The company promotes a party atmosphere in each of it's restaurants dotting the Gulf and Pacific coasts of the Americas. It's this fun loving atmosphere we want to bring to the team while still maintaining the hard work it takes to ensure a good product is produced.
Joining the team as a co-sponsor and official travel provider is Air Canada. This airline covers the globe and the opportunity to promote a cycling team competing in world wide races is mutually beneficial. It is our goal to put the riders in the best position to win at every location, getting them there safely and in a timely fashion.
Providing equipment for the team will be one of the leaders in the industry, Trek. Trek continues to be on the forefront of sponsoring teams and establishing its identity as the premier manufacturer of the cycling world.

Can we at least wait until the schedule or teams are announced, or perhaps the first race before we argue? GL! is still more than nothing. Anyhow more will be up tomorrow, it's 5AM here now, and I should get some sleep.
