Hi,
It was 6 years since Germany had an Pro Tour team and we have to go even longer back in history to find a german top-team, without doping. As I've mentioned earlier you're the man for this important job: You are going to build the new German Pro Tour team during this year and lead it as General Manager in 2017. However, I've now found peolple who are going to help you to build the squad. It's up to you to take contact with them and tell them waht to do. Furthermore, I wil give you monthly missions. The mission of January is to find the German team leader. It has to be an German guy with good results who also has the capacity to lead the team. I hope you make it in time!

Tony Martin should be our Team Leader. From 2008-2013 he was Mark Cavendish's lead-out man and became famous for his increadible speed on the flat. He have won 3 stages at Tour the France, German ITT Championships 6 times, and stages at Tirreno - Adriatico, Tour of Suisse and Tour of Romandie. He is an allround rider who can handle the flat and climbs well but his biggest strength is time-trails, he is probably the best time-trailist in the world. At the age of 32, he is old enough to take the resposibility to lead an team. Allround skills and big experience after 8 seasons in Pro Tour, is there anything else you want?

Now when I have the list of sprinters I have 15 days (1 day IRL) to decided which sprinters I am going to sign. What do you think? Feel free to tell me because the idea is to decided riders and build this team together.

I would go for Jules, Degenkolb and Thömel.
Jules looks great, and since at least one needs to be German, go with Degenkolb. The rest are pretty even, so why not another German?

I'd say Degenkolb, Thömel and Ligthart as a non-German. He's a good sprinter and can also decent in hills.

Hello,
After long discussions with my scouts I decided to go for Tino Thömel, Justin Jules and John Degenkolb. Tino and John are both frm Germany so they are both good for our team. Jules is an fast sprinter and I think he could get som egreat results in our team, he is even good enough to take an stage win at Tour de France.

Hi,
Looks great to me, your next mission is to find 1 puncheur, 1 stage racer and 1 leader at the cobled classics. I've already signed one German cobble rider named Michael Koch. He is an young and promising cobble rider but I think we need a stronger leader. It's the sam ewith stage races, you already have Martin so I wont let you sign the best guys. I hope your fine with my decision. Now, go back to work!

List of 3 Stage Racers:
List of 3 Puncheurs
List of 3 Cobblestone-riders
Then we have 5 riders in our team: Tony Martin, Tino Thömel, John Degenkolb, Justin Jules and Michel Koch. Now it's time to select 3 more riders, our three co-leaders in different terrains. It will be difficult to win the biggest races with this team but I think it will be an good team anyway. Finally, thanks for helping me guys I would never been able to decide which riders to sign on my own.

Bouet - He has good recovery and good TT skills. That should help him to get an advantage in the 3rd week of a GT
Malacarne - Slightly better than the other two
Van Winden - Better sprinter, which could help him in a group finish

Spilak for the stage races, Bouet is a good 2nd choice.
Bakelandts as a puncheur
Van WInden for the cobbles.

Kreuziger - Best in most areas and is explosive stage racer. perfect for the team.
Bakelandts - Good Puncheur but good in other areas to help the leaders aswell!
De Silva - Go for the youth, he could develop to be even better!
EDIT: Van Winden instead of De silva.
