i'm i the only one who thinks that this new feature is anoying? i mean its kind of a good way to keep you from going x8 through every stage, and you have to have more skill watching you're entire team. but i don't like it, in pcm 2010 they kept riding with the peloton till they had no energy left, unless you told them to ride at they own pace, and i liked that.
this new feature annoys me, as it distracts me from the important things (like the sprint, breakaway etc.) and my riders, even top ones are dropped if i don't keep an eye on them all the time.
whats youre take on this guys? |

I totally agree with you, although I tend to don't like new things the first couple of weeks after release. I'm willing to give it a chance. The idea is brilliant, but I think that it's way too easy to fall off the peloton, even with your best riders, whose 100% fit. If they decrease the chance of falling of the peloton while you have fresh legs, and no problems following the pace, I think I would enjoy the feature |

Just put them at 90 at the very start.

Putting your team to 90 from the start, should not be a solution.
i can follow you both in it.
But again, the "falling out of peleton quick" can or should be adjusted in next patch maybe. |

Bjartne: i guess i should give it a fair chance aswell, but i hope they release a patch, so that as you say, your riders doesn't fall from the peloton if they're fit
Valverde: does that actually work, or does it just tire out your riders? |

Why not? It is a solution. Atleast for me.
None of my team has ever fallen out quickly other than my sprinters, so obviously you're doing something differently than I am.
Also yes it does work. My riders never went into a yellow heart rate, other than the final climb so it doesn't tire them out.

Why not? As long they're just holding their position in the peloton, they wont use more energy, than if they were on 50%.

falling out quick is no bug, just pay attention when the game start.
Actually the hold position works better then ever. Then the blinking effort also alert you. You cant write a book, or read a newspaper anymore and play the game on your laptop. Actually i hope they dont change nothing in game play. You can atack, you can escape and win, you can chase down, but you have to give up things, and make a choice. Win with the 83, so chase with your 81. Dont try extreme if you cant handle it. pff falling out bug |

A bit off-topic, but does this mean that you got the game working?

maybe they have to fix also that ridders ride through eachother again, because its to hard and take to long to come from the back to the front. I love it almost made me sweat when mine 81 was ahead, and i couldnt get schleck to the front, thought i gona lose him, cause they where chasing me, at the end i won with mine 81 and 83 was in the front too. |

Nope That was when I played one day, a whole week ago. It works randomly, and at about a 1-1000 ratio.

Are my riders stupid or sth that they are always blocked... |

Yes but in cycling, if you aren't at the front it will take some time to get to the front. THATS THE WAY IT WORKS.
Seriously stop complaining about this, the game is nearly perfect (from the 3 hours I've played) so stop being so critical, I know its only human nature to be critical, but seriously, if dont know how real cycling works, there will be a prime example of it on Saturday.

it really annoys me, people complain about bugs, you have o figur out the pace of the bunch, if a few funny guys take relay 99% from start, afcourse you dont keep your position with hold posistion 50%
If people try to escape before a flat sprint the pace of the bunch will be high to, because they are chasing, |

You missunderstood me i love it. I made a mistake for this he was at the back, and they just where speedingup, and i had my guy in the front, 4 min but i struggle to get my 85 at the front of the bunch and i almost lost him, but i managed to keep him in the bunch. I dont complain about that. |

I love the part "they have to fix that 'ridders' ride through eachother again".
It is one of the best features of the game, and you wants to get it back, and even say they should 'fix', so this would be a problem, lol.

I haven't played too much. But I have NEVER fallen out of the bunch. The key just is to stay just after the relay line and then adjust through out the race if some riders are falling down the lines.
