Promotions, Relegations & Getting the Band back Together 
IAM Cycling and NetApp-Endura found their time short lived in the WorldTour and suffered an immediate return to the ProContinental Level. Taking their place would be Orica-GreenEdge and FDJ.fr, who bounce straight back into the WorldTour after a year at the lower level.
Meanwhile, Adria Mobil, UnitedHealthcare and CSC found out that they would ride in the ProContinental for 2016, replacing La Pomme Marseille, Veranclassic and Terengganu in Cycling's Mid-Level Division.
With the season officially over, the complete HTC-Highroad roster, and other details regarding the team revival could be revealed. In a statement, Bob Stapleton was quoted to saying it was like 'getting a old friends back together after too long without talking.' I compared it to an old classic rock band getting back together.
Firstly the Directeur Sportifs consisted of Ralf Aldag, Brian Holm and Valerio Pivo, with the Doctors and Scouts being completely new to HTC. Mark Cavendish, Tejay van Garderen and Geraint Thomas had already been announced in New York, but the rest of the team really made look like a force to be reckoned with.

@HuDCC & danny: The team is not as strong as you think. I am using the FCD-PCM Spain DB, and their evaluation of riders, plus a lowed stat evolution in-games, means that riders aren't OP as you think I think that will show in the story as well

The story is just going to be on a small break. Nothing to do with motivation, that is sky high, but I am having a few teething problems with the DB amendments, and the jerseys still need to be completed / tweaked slightly

I don't know much about banana etiquette. 
Let's say one for the win, one for leaving Europcar with success and one more for the whole season (that way it seems like I actually thought about it! )
Good luck for next year, although I might find it tough cheering for Cavendish I do like the rest of your team.

Ready for the Fresh Start 
The HTC-Highroad Team Presentation took place in California, close to the Specialized Headquarters. I was expected to be a little more starstruck with the company present, it appeared they were more excited to meet me.
The standard interviews, press photos took place, and it was time to sit down with Bob and Brian Holm to go over my schedule for the 2016 season.
Unlike when I was at Great Britain Development Team or Europcar, initially Bob and Brian went over how they saw me as a rider, what were my strengths, and areas for development in order to fulfil my potential.
It was clear that the Ardennes-style Classics were my strong point, my palmares showed that, but Holm believed that I could change my training ever so slightly, and look to evolve to be 'Sagan' type sprinter. I wouldn't have the top end speed of the likes of Kittel, Greipel or Cavendish, but in a reduced peleton, I could be a big threat.

Following the trend of my career so far, I will peak for March, and the National Championships, before carrying on towards Milan-San Remo and the Ardennes Classics. I will then continue through May and June before making my debut at the Tour de France. The mid-season break will come in August, before building my form back up for the Canadian Classics and Il Lombardia. My season will close at Paris-Tours.
