@sutty: more strong signings for the team... I want WT wildcard next season Bellis rejected a contract when it was offered, and rumours are on him returning to the Domestic Peleton. The loss of Mandri and Bellis means that my next targets are a big sprinter and a lead out man... The search is on, as I was hoping to have kept them

A British sprinter for Rapha, you could look at the Downing brothers |

@sutty: too old I'm afraid and not top sprinters anymore. Also I already two Yates' and now two Ludvigssons on the team, so it would only confuse to have two Downings... haha

Great results for Bellis.
Nice signings, although I'm unsure how Chaves fits in.
Mandri has a nice way of saying thank you for the NC jersey.

@mvh: considering his stats, Bellis' results is a great one Chaves adds to our climbing team, and takes some of the pressure off Villella and A. Yates as they continue to develop without being thrown in at the deep end.

I have just realised that I have not done a long report since Giro del Trentino... Sorry if everyone is bored with the short/quick reports. Longer reports will return for PostDanmark Rundt

Great news with those new riders, they will be really important for the team success next season.. i wouldn´t mind about the short reports, if you post some screens sometimes i´ll be happy.. i´m thinking myself to do the same with FDJ to quick up the pace.. will be a great Overall win for the team in the Premier ERR..

Grand Prix of Wales
14th July 2014
Round 6 of the Premier Calendar, and the team head to Wales for a very difficult course in Abergavenny.
On a route tailor-made for a puncheur, Davide Villella and Linus Gerdemann will co-lead the team. Davide will be the focus for a good result, whilst Linus will ride as Road Captain. Fredrik Ludvigsson will work as domestique for the pair, along with Nathan Earle.
Tom Southam, Trent Lowe and Jonny Belliswork as the team's main domestiques, and Owain Doull will ride in a free role on home soil, aimming for the Break of the Day.
Sponsor Goal: N/A
Team Goal: Top 3
Davide Villella finally gave Rapha-Bianchi their first win on British soil, as a solo attack 25km from the finish was enough to take the victory in Abergavenny. Lawson Craddock (BLS) tried to bridge to Villella in the closing stage, but just fell short on the line. Francesco Mancebo (5HR) completed the podium, 1'24 down on the Italian winner.

@baia: thanks It was about time we won on home soil! Also realised it was Villella's first Pro victory

Le Tour de France - Rest Day 2
15th July 2013
Le Tour de France has reached its second rest day, and wow, those riders deserve a rest.
In Tour terms, this was an easy week, but after the battle on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, the GC men will need all the strength they have to make it through a Mountainous final week.
Stage | Type | Winner | Race Leader | Saint Gildas des Bois-Saint Malo | | M. Cavendish | A. Contador | Avranches-Mont Saint Michel | | T. Martin | A. Contador | Fougeres-Tours | | J.A. Flecha | A. Contador | Tour-Saint Armand Montrond | | F. Cancellara | A. Contador | Saint Pourcain sur Sioule-Lyon | | J. Simon | A. Contador | Givors-Mont Ventoux | | T. Voeckler | A. Contador |
As the Tour heads into the final week, Alberto Contador (TST) leads by 1'56 over Chris Froome (SKY) in second. Bradley Wiggins (SKY) sits in 3rd, 2'26 down on Contador.
Mark Cavendish (OPQ) has a 38 point lead over Andre Griepel (LTB) in the fight for Green, whilst Cayetano Sarmiento (CAN) is the surprise leader of the KoM classification. Tejay van Garderen (BMC) comfortable lead the U25 Classification.

Not bad time gaps at the Tour.. Contador can win there but i think SKY is about to make some wild tactic for the last week..
