Thanks, sutty and Pelli! Would be indeed cool to this new Herald Sun in the ManGame next year
I'll stay in Australia (surprise, surprise) at least for my next release: thanks to the Herald Sun Tour featuring parts of the Aussie NCs courses, I just was motivated to "stagemake" the real 2014 NCs, including a criterium as a gimmick
Road Nationals - NC, real 2014 Featuring a Time Trial, Criterium and Road Race, the #RoadNats is the place to feel the Green and Gold Rush.
In 2014 the Time Trial becomes the first event of the five-day carnival of elite cycling on Wednesday January 8, 2014, which culminates on the Sunday for the Elite Men’s Road Race, Australia’s Greatest One-Day Race.
Note/ This is (imo) the most accurate NC-route for Australia so far.. feel free to give it a try on your own.
Burrumbeet - Individual Time Trial (45km)
Ballarat - Criterium (55km)
Buninyong - Road Race (176km)
Criterium in Ballarat..
Sturt Street in Ballarat..
The crucial climb in Buninyong's road race..
Who'll be the first in the fast finish?

Tour de Boland - NE, real 2014
The Bestmed Tour de Boland, presented by A[S]G, is a four-day road cycling stage race that takes place in the Boland wine region of South Africa. It comprises an individual time-trial, and three road stages, the final stage being a mountain top finish.
The route will cover five towns in the Boland region, being Franschhoek, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Wellington, Tulbagh, and parts of the Riebeeck Valley.
Highlight and most likely crucial for the GC: the Franschhoek Pass on final day! 7km at 6.5%, featuring slopes up to 9%, the climb will most probably decide over the overall winner of this race.
Paarl will be crossed in two of the stages..
Another view on Paarl..
Moorreesburg and an intermediate sprint..
Final day, final climb - may the best win..

A non-Australian race Hadn't commented yet, but great job on all these races, big number of stages btw The landscapes look great, either that or you are an awesome picture-taker (probably both ) The same applies to Tour de Boland, I specially like the first picture. Keep it up

Thanks, guys!
@lluuiiggii: No Aussie-race, shocking news, isn't it? and thanks for the kind words on the graphics. Guess you're right about how to take the right picture but of course i've learnt how to make the most important places look good over the years
@fronaldo: Well, unfortunately you can't add the criterium as a NC-event in-game/career. Well, you could replace the road race, but you can't run a seperate crit-championship. Therefore it's just a gimmick that can be used as either a new race or in classic/stagerace-mode.
@aidan: special thanks for your words. Always nice to get feedback like that from someone who knows the area quite well!

I'll add to that, definetelly seems a great race to have in the MG next season.

Thank you, Miguel and sutty! Glad you like the recent release I'll stay in South Africa for my next one. Not entirely happy with the landscape this time, but that's only a minor issue though..
Cape Argus Cycle Classic - NE, real 2014 The Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour is the largest timed cycling event in the world. Attracting in excess of 35 000 cyclists from around the globe each year, this prestigious event is definitely a unique experience for participants and spectators alike.
Based in Cape Town, the Cycle Tour represents 109 km of some of the most scenic spots in the world. Starting in the City Centre the route makes its way down the Blue Route leading into Simonstown then turning at Smitswinkel and heading back along the coastline before the steady climb up Chapmans Peak and finally the short, steep hill of Suikerbossie. The downhill to the finish in Green Point is a welcome respite for the weary cyclist.
The "Suikerbossie" may be a late chance for an attack..
..riding alongside the ocean..
Fast finish in Cape Town at famous Green Point..

Another nice looking road race and the Suikerbossie looks like it could kill the legs near the end of the race |

Once again, another awesome stage by the looks of the screens! Your spot on with it - looks just like the real thing!
I think the Argus is due a return to the MG as well, I believe it was in MG a few seasons ago...

Thank you very much, aidanvn! About the MG, I'm not sure though. Remember we're going for a smaller calendar now
@all: New release! Back to Oceania. New Zealand. Big thanks to roturn and his previous edition of this race. Used some ztcs-files for a much faster work. Removed all automatic cities for faster loading and added several new routes and/or stages as well. Enjoy
Tour of Southland - NE, real 2013 Credits to roturn (3 stage-files) and tsmoha (editing and new routes)
A new route for the Tour of Southland, New Zealand. And it's more challenging than the previous editions, with the addition of the brutal Coronot Peak summit on stage 5: taking a final ascent over 8km at 8.8% in average and up to 12% slopes!
Also a TTT (prologue) and a 12km ITT will make for an interesting fight for the GC, as well as the well known Bluff Hill climb (3km length), who could lead to some gaps. Several flat stages will also give the sprinters a chance to shine.
Like here in Gore, the tour features several flat finishes..
Riding alongside Lake Wakatipu..
Coronot Peak - where the race may find it's winner..
Awaiting the riders after an 8km climb at almost 9%.. Download
(Includes both a MO and HI-version for Stage 5)

This mountain version looks really well.
Coult be a nice addition to that race and makes it a less sprinter race. |

Thanks, sutty! Judging from the real pictures of that stage, it's definitely an awesome landscape down there
Adelaide Tour - NE, real 2014
The Adelaide Tour will be held in 2014 from April 3-6. The four stage event is part of the Subaru National Road Series (NRS).
Last year's TTT has been removed from the schedule and we have one more road race and another crit/Kermesse here, making for four stages. Even though all of them are rated as flat, there are at least three tricky ones, which feature either uphill finishes or a climb close to the finish.
The most challenging finish in the Woodside RR..
..which also features two gravel-sectors..
Finishing stretch in Campbelltown (Adelaide) on day one..
..and day four: yet another slight uphill finish!
Download
(Includes a hilly version for Stage #1)
