So I'm back again, with cycling starting a new season I think it is time for me to do the same. So what I have done is simply simulated the rest of the BMC Career I had started in this thread and fast forwarded to the start of the 2014 season.
For those that were following, No Tejay did not win the TDF (he was in Yellow before sim), he finished 6th (Contador won). Taylor Phinney won the Worlds Time Trial. Some riders have moved on, Ballan, Hushovd, Lodewyck, Wyss, Others have joined our team, Amador, Brenes, Cancellara, Kristoff. Also added are two riders from the youth ranks, a pair of Norwegians, Kenneth Foss and Henning Vatne.
Some things haven't changed, the U23 schedule will still be very extensive, I'll still not be playing any NC or WC road races and TTTs due to flaws in game mechanics.

First message from BMC for the 2014 season
Welcome all to our site for this BMC team, we are excited to get the season under way starting in Australia and ending the season in China. Along the way we will visit many other countries and help foster this international team.
First we need to give a big welcome to the new members of the team. Starring Switzerland's own Fabian Cancellara! Spartacus really needs no introduction and we expect him to have an immediate impact for our team in the classics and a terrific duo with Phinney to keep the World ITT Championship within BMC.
Also joining the team, Norwegian, Alexander Kristoff! The 26 year old sprinter should also be an instant impact giving our team a threat in the sprints we truly lacked last season. Kristoff should also be a capable member of our classics squad aiding previously mentioned Cancellara.
From Costa Rica we add the duo of Andrey Amador and Gregory Brenes. The two, 27 and 25 respectively are a great set of all-rounders to aid our GC contenders in the Grand Tours and possibly strike out for a win or two of their own in the other races.
Lastly we found two youth riders from Norway last season we felt were ready to join our team. First the heralded Kenneth Foss who lead all youth riders in points last season joins and should be expected to follow the likes of Cancellara building on both his skills of time-trialing and the endurance on the cobbles. Second, his roommate a training partner for the last few seasons, Henning Vatne. Henning is expected to develop into a workhorse for the team, capable of being a powerful domestique or a terrific lead-out man for the sprint trains.
With the introductions done, we will see you again in Australia as we cover the Championships and the Tour Down Under.

Have to give a big congratulations to Cadel Evans! Winner of the Australian Championship road race and missed by only a second in the TT, nearly taking a coveted double.

Bad timekeeping from Cyanide in the Aussie TT. Did you delve into the advanced stuff to see how many milliseconds he missed it by?

Santos Tour Down Under | January 17th - 22nd, 2014 | PreRace Guide |
Everyone wants to get the season off to a great start, and the Santos Tour Down Under is normally the first chance the WorldTour teams gets. General expectations are hot temperatures and cold legs as the riders get back into race shape after the winter break. There are several chances for the sprinters as usual, but the GC will be decided on stages 3 and 5 with the climbs up to Wilmington and Houghton respectively.
BMC Startlist
Leader: | | Cadel Evans | Sprinter: | | Sebastian Lander | Free: | | Fabian Cancellara | Team-mate: | | Yannick Eijssen | Team-mate: | | Martin Kohler | Team-mate: | | Marco Pinotti | Team-mate: | | Greg Van Avermaet |
Team Goals
BMC already is off to a strong start in Australia, so it will take a lot for this tour to be considered a success. Winning here is what matters, and Evans is expected to take the GC. A chance at the sprints from Lander would also be needed and perhaps even a shot on a late breakaway from Cancellara, Pinotti or Van Avermaet. Eijssen and Kohler will be asked to be active in trying for breakaways, otherwise the pair will also likely be asked to work up front to keep breakaways under control.

I did look (required to build the table like I do), and the game has it in seconds, no milliseconds. I know it can do milliseconds but forgot when it does that maybe TTT? 2nd isn't too bad though!

It is possible, haven't decided just yet, though if I do, I will only be doing one race at a time so I don't end up falling behind on reporting. Some of you have seen the process by which I report and the mess that it is, and generally requires a bit of time to write a good report.
