Kent's Type_Rider adjustments.

Okay, these changes affect what rider type each rider is at the start of a career. Currently most riders are labeled at time-trial when clearly that isn't what they should be.
This change has to be made inside of a DB, so hopefully the database people will make these adjustments, until then though they can be done manually with an editor.
the part that needs changed is STA_type_rider.

I believe these numbers are used to calculate the AVG value. I will check tomorrow but you should be careful when editing such tables. |

They don't calculate average anymore, not sure what does, but I just tested to see if the values changed as I adjusted and they didn't.

Not sure when it does, just simulated 3 months of a season, no changes. Either way, the values aren't that different, no one will be move than a point off of their previous average.

Could someone share his or her .cdb? I'm trying to put it in the PCMdailyRealNameDB-AngloEdition-2013NC.cdb but it doesn't save the content in both Full and Fast Editor. |

Thank you but what should I do with this file ? Does this file also rectify riders favourite races (i.e., with PCMdailyRealNameDB, Jurgen VDB favourite races are Giro and Vuelta or in reality, it's TDF)? |

You should place it in My Docs/PCM13/Mod/Database (and then choose it in game). It doesn't rectify rider favorite races, it's the exact same thing as PCMDaily's Real Name DB (the 2013 NC Anglo version btw) just with corrected type_rider values
As for why VDB has Giro and Vuelta, actually he has no favorite races set in the DB, meaning he'll get random fav races according to his nationality/type of rider in each career.

For VDB, with the original database, his fav races are TDF and Dauphiné, wich is the truth. Does it have an impact on the game ? Is it possible to change it (with an editor)?

I've made the exact same changes to the STA_type_rider as the file lluuiiggii posted but for some reason with mine all the riders show up as Punchers but his works... I'm not sure what I've done wrong.
I've attached my database if anyone can help. (My save that I'm playing) I've made the same changes to the main database, which is the PCMdailyAngloedition with 2013NC's which gave me the same results

Nah, you're wrong.
f_baroudeur_ratio was still listed at 0,15 in your .cdb.
Attached .cdb fixes it.

Nah, you're wrong.
f_baroudeur_ratio was still listed at 0,15 in your .cdb.
Attached .cdb fixes it.
Ahh, I knew I would miss something.  That explains why literally every rider was listed as a Puncher.
