Hello members of the PCM.Daily community,
Link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/veo0379...plates.rar
Above is a link (also attached) to a template pack I put together to have everything at hand quickly. All files are .xcf, which is a file used in GIMP. I did this to keep the layers, which is a very important aspect when it comes to this pack.
Spoiler: Content inside .rar
Spoiler Quick jersey starter with the following layers:
- My background (you can replace this one with your own easily)
- A white base
- Standard jersey plis
My personal National jersey template with the following layers:
- My background (you can replace this one with your own easily)
- Several layers which are easy to recolour to reflect the nations colours
- Several pink boxes indicating where to put national flags
- Standard jersey plis
Tour, Giro and Vuelta leader jersey with the following layers:
- My background (you can replace this one with your own easily)
- The correct leader jersey (shirt part) with orange boxes where the plaque of the team must go (same as transfert.av but different dimensions)
- Base with the same colour as the primary colour of the leader jersey
- Standard jersey plis
World and world ITT jersey with the following layers:
- My background (you can replace this one with your own easily)
- World/World ITT jersey and pants
- Standard jersey plis/ITT plis
transfert.av and transfert.ar template with the following layers:
- transfert.av and transfert.ar files
- White base

ORIGINAL POST:
Hello members of the PCM.Daily community,
I have a question. I recently starting making jerseys in my jersey thread, and am now working on building a pack of useful templates for myself. It's basically work of various artists of PCM.Daily and PCM France together, stripped of nasty backgrounds and nicely layered.
I thought, maybe I could share this pack with the community? My issue is though, I don't want to get into alot of trouble with the people who made these plis's and templates so should I and where should I post this template pack?

As long as you say where you got the templates from/ credit whoever made them then I doubt there would be any problems with you posting them all in one place or making them available as a pack.

Does anyone know where I can store my files so they don't expire at some point and can't be downloaded?

I'd choose mediafire, though I am not sure how long it lasts... |

I don't think that guarantees that any uploaded file will be there for 2 years, some files go offline much earlier than that.
As for permanent upload places, well, since your pack is only 2.8 MB, you could upload it as an attachment to PCMDaily, 2007 attachments f.e. still work perfectly
Oh, and good job, hope it'll help some people

Nice Initiative!
But to be honest, the plis I posted is not mine. I found it in the templates thread in the 2011 section. But to my knowledge, it was made by Menchov/Gesink08 from the PCM-France Forum.
If you care to Upload the Race-Leader Pack to a file hosting site, Ill add that part to the Gimp Tutorial as wel then...

Thanks for the support. Hope it helped you with your own designs.
Something else though, did you see the Thompson Oakley download yet? I already put it up on mediafire. It's basically unzip into c00 and tadaa!
