Hey do any know, if there is a place where I can download pictures of the riders, their doesn't has a picture on Pro Cycling Manager 12 like P.Gilbert, A.Schleck and T.Boonen ?
Now, to your question: the easiest way is to download a database. There's quite a variety of them: real name databases, which only fix the names of riders, teams, etc, and nothing more, some very light DBs, which will also fix shirts, pictures, etc, and the big packs, which usually have a lot of features.
Since you're on PCMDaily, I guess it's probable that people will recommend you the PCMDaily Expansion Pack. It's one among the big packs, so you'll need to download a few GBs, but it also has a very big features list: 3.262 riders, 100 teams, pictures for 95% of the riders, several new races, lots of variants (the races that will be used in the next years of a career, so that you won't be playing the same routes again and again), lots of equipment, etc. You can check the full features list here: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....d_id=23785
As for the installation order:
1. Install game
2. Install Patch 1.4.0.0
3. Install PCMDaily Expansion Pack for 1.3.0.0
4. Install PCMDaily Expansion Pack for 1.4.0.0 - update from 1.3.0.0
However, if you just want to stay simple, you could check the Databases section in Downloads, linked above.
