On the USA shirt: if you start something on the front of the shirt, in this case the white around the red part on the shorts, you should finish it in the back, otherwise it'll look a bit weird in game.
On the NCs: when you're doing a big amount of NCs such as this case, I think you could first make them all and then post them all at once.. would look cleaner and more organized, and this seems to be quite a deal since the reason you created this thread is because the other "was messy and ugly"

The shirt looks nice, although I don't really go with the color. But just a thing, on the end of the sleeves, neither the Specialized logo nor the Telenet will be really visible.
