After experimenting a bit with the Curve Bend tool, designing with lines and using a new template, I've managed to come up with this.
I'm not totally satisfied with the bent logos, otherwise I kind of like it.

The Specialized logos on the sides are a bit too dark, and the fizik logo in the shorts is perhaps too much curved, but other than that it looks nice The bent logos look good imo, the shorts side ones in special, I can never get them good if trying to use the "free transform" tool in Photoshop (there's a huge quality loss), so I need to hope it's a word (not a logo itself) so that I can move and rotate each letter individually  Perhaps, I'd also add a 'miniature' of the Specialized and fizik logos near the collar in the front, but it may be just me that likes to have all sponsors in the shirt appearing there as well
(btw, there exists already a Liquigas shirt  )

Files are attached, it's included the .tga of the WC shirt and the .psd in case you need the WCITT/NCs in the future (then you can either try them yourself or post the .psd and ask for someone to do it, since it'll be pretty easy).

The jersey looks very cool, but imo it's too much dark, and a bit 'blurry'. Perhaps you could change the grey to a lighter tone, or maybe even white. Also, the jaguars in the front and back doesn't seem to be in the background, in the parts that they go above the actual sponsor logos the logos get darker (= the jaguar layers are above the other logos' layers), I think it would look better if they were in the background. But other than that the shirt is very cool

I don't really understand where you mean that I should place those miniature logos though. Could you please explain that?

Together with the Anfi and Sugoi logos, above the Liquigas one in the front of the shirt
