Well, finally I got time to make a race, which didnt' cause too much trouble..
but when I was going to write it into the editor(Lachi's) I suddenly realized that there were columns I was unsure of. Not any in races I think, but a few in stages, and I guess this was the right place to ask for help. gene_i_computed date..what on earth is that. and fk_id_relief and gen_f-distance (I know how long the different etapes is but not in as many numbers which are there.) I assume that time_gap means how far gehind the last rider must be or what. and gen f.mountain (I dont know the height of the mountains in Czech Republic which is where the race takes place.
I assume tha the ID for Czech Rep. is 33 and that the region id is 3301. but any help with the above would be greatly appreciated so that i can test the stages and see if the anything worth and more important worth sharing with the community |

gene_i_computed_date is some sort of date function. If your race is on the 3rd of May, look for another stage on that day and take the gene_i_computed_date from that stage.
Relief: 1 is flat, 2 is hilly, 4 is mountain. You can use the Stage Viewer to get the game's opinion on what the stage should be (simply open the stage viewer -> file -> open stage data).
gene_f_distance is the length of the stage. This is also available in the Stage Viewer.
time_gap is the amount of time that has to go by before a gap if registered between riders. Again, this info is available in the Stage Viewer.
gene_f_mountain defines whether the mountain or the hill stat should be used when the riders go uphill. This is also in the Stage Viewer.
Edit: Or you could search and find Luigi's excellent guide

These two values only appear in the Stage Viewer/Editor of PCM 10, not of PCM 11. Don't know why, since they're very useful.

For the computed_date you can use this here.
Lachi made an DB overview once in 2008 or so. This belongs to this step:
https://baseportal...dxno==3408
It`s in German. Still easy to handle. Type in the day/months/year and click "berechnen".
The number then is the computed_Date for the DB. Ignore the bottom part as it`s the other way around.
@ lluuiiggii: Pretty sure both of them also appear in PCM11 stage viewer. Did this lots of times and always got my info there.

Hm, very strange. I can't see it (attached pic).
Btw, the column gene_i_computed date accepts two values in PCM 11. One is the strange big numbers, which can be calculated in the link you've posted, the other is a simple math thing: day + month x 50; e.g Jan 15th = 65 (well this is the one I've seen on all DBs, apparently the first one appears on save games though).

It's a matter of screen size/resolution. They appear below what you see on the screen.

Hm, interesting. Since I moved the task bar to the sides and the size of it kept the same, I thought it was the finish of the box. I'll just keep looking in PCM 10 thought =P

Thanks a lot for the quick responses...and yes Luigi's editor is very useful..and so is the calculator(being Danish I have no problem with German language)
and as always CrueTrue's replies..did take a little before I found the stage viewer..and no I cant't see the the last lines bit I will try and change the screen resolution....this was all very helpful.
I will probably have more questions when it comes to add a team and riders but we will return to that later
I will now try and get the race in the game and test it.After which I will probably upload it somewhere... (if that is still allowed) so everyone can have a laugh

Well I didn't create any editor, Lachi did (who also wrote the DB overview from the site link)

Oops I meant guide... I know Lachi has made the editor, and a fine job too.I just tested my 4 stages and I'am satisfied except of a few misplacings of buildings..i'll see if I can correct those.(actually I'm a little proud of myself or my luck...not one single mistake or flaw in the route. |
