2026 | New Arrivals

This year's transfer season was the most quiet one in the team's history. Yet we can celebrate some exciting new signings, highlighted by one marquee arrival...

S. Herklotz (32)Stage RacerXP: 4.100Wage: € 1,400.000
FLMOMMHITTSTRSRCCOSPACFIDHPROVL
728483817479807867687680767881.65

Is the wage correct, you ask? Yes, it is. Legend Silvio Herklotz have picked us as his next destination following many successful seasons at Puma - SAP. The reigning individual PT rankings winner joins us on the highest wage in the team's history, yet general manager 'Sykkel_Freak' believes he is worth every penny: "Herklotz is just the rider we needed to take us to the next level. He is one of the best riders to ever do it, and although this will be his last season at peak level, we still believe he can be important rider for us for several seasons to come.", the Norwegian told the press.

S. Kiskonen (29)SprinterXP: 4.100Wage: € 165.000
FLMOMMHITTSTRSRCCOSPACFIDHPROVL
745964686877777769777768727074.93

Our second and final free agent signing is Estonian sprinter Siim Kiskonen. Kiskonen arrives to fill the role previously held by Lionel Coutinho as the final lead-out man, mostly for Dainese but also sometimes for Abdul Halil. We've struggled to maintain consistency in the lead-out train but are hopeful we have found a viable long-term solution in Kiskonen. However, jury is still out on whether he is quite quick enough.

T.T. Teutenberg (24)SprinterXP: 4.12Wage: € 0
FLMOMMHITTSTRSRCCOSPACFIDHPROVL
745863686671737571757567637173.47

New loanees have arrived as well, starting with Tim Torn Teutenberg from Riders of Rohan. The German arrives to crack jokes with Herklotz, but also provide important depth on the cobbles and flats. With a good finish, he can also contribute to our lead-out train when needed, or sprint for himself in a small group.

A. De Comarmond (24)SprinterXP: 4.0Wage: € 0
FLMOMMHITTSTRSRCCOSPACFIDHPROVL
736266696469757458757462647172.81

Team is completed with Mauritanian Aurelien De Comarmond who arrives on loan from Simba Cement - Tanga Fresh, who similarly to Teutenberg provides depth on the flats and possesses a good finish to contribute to a lead-out train or sprint from a small group. We look forward to see him and the rest of the new riders in action for us this season! Please see below for the full 2026 roster:

To be honest, the Herklotz wage isn't even remotely close to the worst overpays of the window. He'll be well worth that for you, as he will take your team from the relegation fight to the top 5 fight pretty much instantly. With Dainese and Gesbert behind him, this is a really strong team. Just wish you give Blume Levy some helpers or let him free. Pfft

I agree, I had expected there to be even more interest around him, and €1,4m is not that bad for someone of his caliber.

Blume Levy is indeed a bit on his own at the moment. We did try to secure him a lieutenant, but couldn't get a deal done unfortunately. I think more depth on the cobbles and in the mountains will be a natural thing to prioritize next transfer season, but hopefully it works out okay in the meantime Smile

Good price for Herklotz indeed. If Dainese, Gesbert and some others do their part then I reckon you'll be closer to the top 10 than having any relegation worries. So this has to be a successful transfer season Smile

I expected Herklotz to be closer to 1.7m. Imo getting him on that wage is a bit of a bargain
Not far from recent renewals wages of his. Strong squad, youre ready for PT!
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

As Knockout I expected Herklotz higher, a great pickup! As others have said your leadership trio should be one of the best in PT. They are all great leaders, You also have some strong riders behind them

Will be interesting to see what Blume Levy kan do, his sprint should help him. I also think with a bit of luck THJ can get a good GT somewhere with a breakaway stealing time

Four signings I really like! Adding some cool young sprinters and the best rider in the world sounds like a pretty perfect way to build on a very good promoting core Grin

11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

The core was already in place. Getting Herklotz makes this a competitive PT team I think!

Brilliant to pick Herklotz up at 1,4m. Impossible to go wrong with such a wage for him! Will be interesting to see where you send him, as I suspect we will see a slight change from his Puma days, probably not doing LBL, and maybe even not Lombardia, due to giving Gesbert those race days as a leader? Will for sure be interesting to see his calendar!

Kiskonen also a great signing for you and your sprinters. And if he works out well, I suspect you might have found your final leadout for more than one season only Pfft

I agree, we succeeded for the most part on the few targets we set. I think top 10 is a realistic and good target for us this season!

Not too bad of a wage, no, and should allow us to get him back to "normal" renewals wage already from next season (hopefully)!

Thanks! Looking forward to see how Dainese and Gesbert will fare in the PT on this game. They were not very good at all the last time around we were in PT, but I have a feeling it should be better this time Smile

Looking forward to see what Blume Levy can do as well, I have a feeling he should do okay based on how last season's cobbles races went. Looking forward to see AHJ in a GT as well, though my expectations are not very high based on his performances last year. Nevertheless a rider we wanted to keep on in order to give Herklotz some help Smile

Hope so! If we can be somewhere in the middle, I would be happy with that.

Thanks! There's a saying: if it ain't broke don't fix it, so don't be surprised if we don't experience too much with Herklotz calendar, but of course we might do something a little bit different than Puma on occasions. I think there are a few races where Herklotz and Gesbert could make a nice duo as well Smile

I really hope that Kiskonen can be a solution for the final leadout role for a few seasons! My one concern is the sprint stat, which is a bit lower than the ones that worked out best last season, like Zingle. We will find out soon enough Smile
