[CT] SEE Turtles '26 | Here We Go AGAIN
Fabianski
Seeing Montenegro potentially on the move is rather surprising, after all he did for you last year (which is also reflected in his wage I guess) Shock

Would be great to see you reach promotion this year - otherwise you should have great chances next season when your cool talents are maxed Smile Speaking of, if you decide to loan out Huera, I might be interested Wink

There is certainly much possibility for our roster to change with more than a few days left in the transfer season - and a likelihood of at least one loan-in rider heading our way (we hope). Let's go through a run down of some of the folks joining us. If you're interested in us changing this roster, it will take wage reductions on our end, so make deals possible if you send them our ways please <3

Dylan Kennett755862656973767862797867687875.974.10032170000

The kingpin signing of this year, joining us in exchange for Magnus Sheffield - our premier talent. Kennett can challenge for a top 5 spot in the CT rankings we feel and are excited to give him a strong leadout throughout the season. He also joins our absolutely absurd prologue core.

Nat.NameFLMOMMHITTSTRSRCCBSPACFGDHPROVRXPAgeWage
Bachirou Nikiema697074776272747265707674716375.354.10029110000

Bachirou Nikiema takes over basically exactly where Santiago Montenegro was, but on a slightly lesser wage and with slightly better sprint capabilities. A rider we've looked at favorably over the past few seasons, we think that he can help us bring a few stage results through and be a great 1-2 punch with our next signing...

Nat.NameFLMOMMHITTSTRSRCCBSPACFGDHPROVRXPAgeWage
Jay McCarthy686573805677726567637169695674.794.10034100000

McCarthy is obviously a MG legend with a very strong skillset still. He should be able to make up for some of the struggles that Montenegro had last year (yes, our top rider had some clear issues in our opinion) and with Nikiema together they can avoid those we believe. Hopefully he can give us the push into PCT that we've been looking for.

Nat.NameFLMOMMHITTSTRSRCCBSPACFGDHPROVRXPAgeWage
Alejandro Osorio697775727273727455566862646874.684.1002885000

Osorio takes the main climbing leader role over from Rachid, who served us well last year. Osorio has a few more years of prime and better capabilities on the hills, where Rachid was often losing a bit of time. Helping build a stronger South American core is also an attractive benefit of his arrival. He should be able to target specific races without needing to be a world-beater.

Nat.NameFLMOMMHITTSTRSRCCBSPACFGDHPROVRXPAgeWage
Jhonatan Restrepo706872757271697455707265687273.674.1003265000

Restrepo was nowhere near our radar heading into transfers, but a fortunate series of events mean that he joins us as the main hilly domestique to our two leaders. He can provide TTT support, leadout options, and overall be a great support for every single leader our team has. Expect him to score a few times on his own and be ready to give his last year a strong run.

Nat.NameFLMOMMHITTSTRSRCCBSPACFGDHPROVRXPAgeWage
Jake Marryatt716165687767746757605867637773.394.1003055000

It wouldn't be a SEE Turtles transfer season without a TT guy joining the team and Marryatt is a loyal part of the TTT set-up for the upcoming year. On low wage and with many race days, he should be able to make an impact. He should score a few points in ITT's throughout the year as well, where we hope one of our many options will have a good day.

Damien Howson685659627768696755616369607772.424.1003450000

Howson is a bit past his prime, but he's certainly a valuable asset. Just like Marryatt, at minimum wage, he's going to be a workhorse for us. This is his opportunity to teach some younger TT riders and build upon his legacy. Expect him to show up as a road captain when we need an extra rider as well.

Freddy Alejandro Avila716061627170716663616264677068.362.412350000

Another surprise arrival in our Montenegro deal, Avila arrives as the future of SEE Turtles time trialing. He'll be able to learn from many riders this year in his aim to lead the team in future years. We are very excited about his potential in our colors and should be an inspiration to other South American riders to consider attempting the time trial bike in addition to the climbs.

Not sure anyone achieved that kind of focus in prologues before. Really nice South American core to the team and the TTT team is very solid. Kennett's a beast although sad to see Sheffield slip away to the Canadians.

Kennett was also on my sprinter shortlist, but I hope he will do worse than Welten.
I hope that Restrepo and Avila will turn out well for you.

All in all some good signings

As long as you don't choose cobbled races by accident you have a really good core. No world beaters obviously, but good top 10 contenders for all (other) terrains. I really up it's promotion for you this season!

Very astute signings and I'd put you definitely into the Top 5 of the CT on first glance across teams. Points should come in every terrain except the one that shall not be named Pfft

This is all we could ever want! We have always had a good loaning relationship and am glad that we can represent the team history even without official representation this season.

Very astute signings and I'd put you definitely into the Top 5 of the CT on first glance across teams. Points should come in every terrain except the one that shall not be named

The terrain that shall not be named??? And to think that we've voluntarily signed up for at least 1 additional race on that terrain. Maybe there's something else cooking in Turtleville

It is NOT Turtle soup

We've never been great about finding a #1 pure leader to run our team, but try to make sure that we aren't taking goose eggs regularly. I think we've done better this year finding a bit stronger caliber of leader after attempting that last year. One step at a time in that regard. Hopeful for promotion too!
