Yeah, it's really surprising that motivation goes down when one of PT's best prologue riders (on paper) gets this kind of results...

I guess he should ask for a rename to Niklas Arlsen, which would give him at least the #2 bib of his team, so he wouldn't always start in the middle of the pack when conditions seem to be worst...

Hey at least behind one of them there was a very excited Specialized manager that had Milan in second!

We are very much outgunned here. Still hoping for some depth points.

Congrats on another SKA masterclass Smile

Very strong team we’ve sent here along with Latour. Ok first stage, hopefully only up from here

Thanks for the report

6th is fine for Forssell. Happy to steal a few points with my third sprinter, especially considering he seemed quite lost in the prep and has low flat/sta to battle with. No idea what Sulvaran was doing getting in the mix. Was quite funny to watch.

First Carribean world tour win???

Happy that Alben got involved and also got onto the strongest train at one point. Can't really ask for much more from a rider with his current stats.

Congrats roturn and thanks for the report!

Would have loved a win, but still a good sprint from Lutsyshyn. Seems so far this season like he's consistent, which is really the last thing I expected him to be.

15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

What the...

This came unexpected.

4th for Salas in the prologue was already a nice start, but the main hope for him to stay in the team after decline.

The sprint then started weird with Hopkins going for the intermediate spending energy unnecessarily but he again was up there perfectly for the final again slipping through all riders and somehow managing to win. Very unexpected points, the best sprint performance of the season so far and maybe already the best we get.

Good sign that he is up there to deliver as he often is not the main sprinter.

Add the GC and it`s nice bonus points for as long as Wellens can score small in the mountains, so any points before the GC is a nice get.

Not often you have a loaned in rider taking a win and GC lead.

Thanks for the report.

We made a proper mess out of that! Pfft

Doing two trains with only two guys that can sprint and a future sprinter, and the rest of our team absolutely not suited to it, wasn’t the brightest move Grin Hoping we now get to join breakaways and that kind of fun.

Congratulations, roturn!

That train was never going to be good enough to launch Van der Kooij to a good result. Wish he would have picked someone else's wheel.

This may well be a painful race for us considering our lack of TTT depth here. I guess the calculation I made was that there was enough mountain stages for us to get a podium at least but this stacked race list has me thinking otherwise... Sad

A quiet stage 1 and 2 for us, as expected. Congratulations to ember and roturn on the wins so far, and thank you for the nice reports to Ulrich!

Minor points so far
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I guess the plan is to ride PHL and Kudus off our wheel in the high mountains.

What are you feeding your riders this year Alex? I feel like I see a good Rabobank result whereever I watch. Congrats once again!

Exciting report, I just wish we could get some more gaps on hilly stages, even though this one had a flat finish I hoped for some gaps when I saw the favorite pic

Eden95
Congrats Alex! Great win for Formolo.

Hilly stages continue to be average as anything and provide very random top-10’s which isn’t great. It seemed like we were working for Stussi instead of Latour? I have no idea what’s going on. Brint on the mountains, surely they can’t be too fucked up!

Thanks for the report!

When do we start to talk about Rabobank as title contenders? Grin Just joking, but wow, what a start to the season they are having. Congratulations, alexkr!

Also thank you a lot for the report, UU. Enjoyed the read. A completely anonymous stage by us, but that had to be expected. Would be cool to see Williams, Canal or Donovan join breakaways, to at least show our jersey on the coming stages. If not, I will be genuinly surprised if we feature in another screenshot for the rest of the race Pfft

Surviving the hill stage unscathed is great. The real starts on the next stage for us!

Congrats to Alex and thanks for the report!
