Time trial specialists don't really seem to be much of a thing anymore. There are a few left contending, but these days the GC guys are somehow better than everyone even if the TT is a week into the race and they're light climbers. Guess the rest of the peloton just doesn't contest them anymore and saves energy.

That should mean losing 4+ minutes to Remco. 
Crazy, maybe he’ll have the legs to win up Peñas Blancas or Sierra Nevada, climbs suit him and this result may indicate he’s improving his form. |

He had a rest day yesterday. He's all rested up, that's why.
Besides, he had that internal suspension thing. He had a lot of time to rest this year, surely!
