Hincapie? Trying to think of who would have had top bib number for Discovery in those days. Think Ekimov would have had some gray by then.

Indeed, it is Hincapie. Paris-Roubaix 2006. After having crashed earlier in the race, his steerer tube broke on the Mons-en-Pévèle cobbles while riding in the front group. He injured his collarbone, the race was over for him.
It was the same year Spartacus soloed to his first P-R win, and his chasers were stopped by a closed level-crossing. Epic race!

Sounds awesome. Too early for my interest in cycling, but as an American, Hincapie/Discovery is part of the history I'm well acquainted with. I'll have to start watching some of those classic older races one of these days.

I don't know why, but the first name that I associated with that jersey is Christian Vande Velde

Gives me Christophe Le Mevel vibes but not sure he rode for Garmin in that blue jersey. |

It is Le Mevel! He rode one year in that blue jersey, in 2012, which is when this picture was taken.

Time for some women's cycling. Should be relatively easy if you're aware of most multi-disciplinary riders in the women's peloton. |

Not Moolman Pasio. I see that it might not be that obvious but she’s currently seen as an emerging talent that came close to winning a medal in last year’s road world champs in Belgium. |

Not sure if this one will be easy or difficult:
Left one obviously
Spoiler Funny that I get a woman first. I decided to play this game without doing any research and only looking at the picture, so I fail quite a lot and am very happy to get one right

Correct. Bonus question: Who is the right one in the first pic?

I would take a wild guess at saying he's not a pro cyclist but maybe another fellow Norwegian that knows how to ski professionally? (apologies if this sounds stereotypical )
