It`s 12:15 BST right now, which means it`s just 7 hours and 45 min until the transfer season starts at 20:00 BST!
This thread here is to discuss whatever is going on in the transfers, though as a reminder, it`s needed to stay inside the rules, which in especially goes for pointing out any deals/bids etc.
Also clear rule breaking shouldn`t be posted here but ideally being mentioned to the MG admins directly via PM.
Obviously a lot of negotiations are not only via PM but take place on Skype etc. as well, which is totally fine, but keep in mind, that the main part should always be on the forum itself.
For now, this thread is the only part of the tranfers, you are allowed to post and discuss while obviously staying inside the rules!
Once transfers start, you can start with advertising your riders/team in the advert subforum as also start to bid on FAs in the FA subforum, while deals and loans need to wait another bid as the time line shows you!
Until then, enjoy reading the rules, so that you won`t make any mistakes once in transfers.

This is by far and away the greatest weeks as a forum user at Daily, I’d say, and the best thing is that it’s an annual highlight
Looking forward to everything this evening, especially the FA market and how the early development there is.
Good luck, everyone, especially to you who are new managers. Stay calm and read the rules |

How exactly am I supposed to focus in an important class when I know I'm missing the first two hours of the transfer season the whole time?

As long as you don't miss the first 48 hours you're fine

Yup, best time to overbid on FAs is my morning time before Europe wakes up. Surprise dude, you've raised!

Sadly I'll be away tonight and also Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon, so sorry in advance if I'm slow to reply. Will be checking my phone occasionally.

First time i will have to deal with the transfer madness from the phone as im still on vacation till saturday and it should be the busiest transfer window ive had outside of the promotion years. Not a good combo and I feel unprepared compared to past seasons but also quite excited for the best annual week on daily
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Just wondering how much I'm missing by not joining the Skype group
Have fun everyone, expecially the new guys who promoted to PCT, that transfer season was really the most exciting for me!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Got to be honest, forgot we were starting on Thursday (today) and not Friday (tomorrow). So good thing i opened this discussion thread or i'd get home later and dive into something else
Now i'll get my short list of obvious targets up all set to begin today, and not tomorrow.

Not really sure what to expect this year. Some targets, as always, but this will be a kind of transfer season where we will just see what happens. Looking forward to it - good luck to all!

Looking forward to missing the initial chaos as usual, hopefully the new rules help the site from disintegrating due to heavy load

Can we get this stickey'd so it doesn't get lost under the Ad threads?
