Not sure about that, Quick Step already wanted him 2 years ago when Nick Nuyens' disaster team disbanded, but he chose for Alpecin. Of course things may have changed after being demoted to a leadout for Philipsen, but we'll see.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Kiwi talent Finn Fisher Black (brother of SD Worx’s also incredibly talented Niamh) joins UAE Team Emirates with immediate effect. Thought he would climb the ranks with Jumbo but I guess not, just don’t like seeing these super rich teams stacking their already huge squads with whatever emerging talents they find. |

They're stacked all right. They have Pogacar, Ayuso, they signed Felix Gross and now Fisher Black. It doesn't look good from the balance within the circuit point of view, but I have to be honest and admit that I'm curious how this would turn out. I also have a very soft spot for the young Juan Ayuso. |

Very exciting news Him, Reuben Thompson and Corbin Strong (and as you said not to mention Niamh!) among others look like a potentially very good crop of young Kiwi talents. Even more exciting for me is in a couple of years they could be joined by 2 or 3 people I know irl
Spoiler Also can’t wait to suggest them for MG… not expecting them to get in anywhere near what I add them as, but for now I’ll dream
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

I love the Kiwi riders! Impressive win by Reuben Thompson at Valle d'Aosta a few days ago. |

Well, Moscon and Lefevere would be an interesting duo. |

There are 3 possible outcomes:
a) Moscon will finaly win some big races.
b) Total war, punches, twitter accounts deleted, racist slurs, team suspensions and eventually Moscon gets fired.
c) All of the above.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Following the sprinter train, some more interesting signings for Bora.
Higuita easily the biggest imo, huge blow for EF Education after already losing Martinez last year. One of the most interesting riders in the peloton for me and still lots of room to improve I think.
Hindley, well, not sure, still living from his Vuelta result.
Haller giving them some more experience on the road.
That`s great replamcents for basically Sagan/Ackermann. |

Honestly I think Vlasov is the biggest signing for them, he should be better than Higuita already.

I wasn`t sure this one is actually confirmed yet.
Indeed he would be a huge signing for them as it basically gives them a clear podium contender for most 1-week stage races alongside future podium chances for any GT.
While Higuita imo is stronger on shorter climbs anyway, so not really comparable. More a classic kind of guy. |

Esteban Chaves is expected to join EF, although he has sort of recovered a bit of his old form, he’s far and guess he will never become a GT podium contender again.
Also Michael Storer to Groupama-FDJ. He just won the Tour de l’Ain last week after a couple of years in the hype shadow. Let’s see if he can follow this up. |
