He developed quite well for me in a PCM 11 career and I was hoping he would break out better than he eventually did. Glad he's had a steady career though.

It's certainly a rider from Illuminate, but I won't go into PCS to find out who I'll let the guess keep on!
Edit: I just remembered, can it be Mikhel Raim? That's my conviction now

It's pretty warm indeed, but sadly not the Estonian mullet  Mihkel Räim btw is one of the best riders without a contract for 2021, so if any professional team manager reads this: Sign Mihkel Räim!! |
