Either way we will have to keep an eye out for this Martà Vigo guy, although I think at this stage Savio needs to protect him and remove pressure after this bold statement. First two years should be crucial for him. Still, let's not forget that we waited four or three years for Kevin Rivera's big Bernal break-through only to end up in the career cemetery of a team that is Bardiani... |

Other interesting news: Karel Vacek who went from Evenepoel's biggest rival to absolute anonymity in two years has penned a contract with Qhubeka-Assos (who took over NTT's sponsorship).

Is there still hope for him to flourish? |

LOL he is 20 years old.
Yes, there is hope.

I'll rephrase it. Is there hope to flourish in this team, at least, who hasn't been known to develop their talents that well. |

Vacek is an awesome climber, but he can do nothing else on the bike. If he learns how to hide in a pack and can reach the bottom of a final climb without loosing too much energy, then he can have surprising success. If he doesn't learn that he'll be one of the worst pros this year.

Aru confirmed at Qhubeka for a season, at least. |

This really sounds like a last WT call, I wasn't so sure he was able to find a place in a WT team...

Do you think he still has the power/skill to rebound? Especially in a team that had a lot of difficulties in building/supporting GT cyclists.

According to Polish journalist, Kwiato stays in Ineos for 3 more years.

Seems more like a reward contract for one final year. Should be a good captain for the team and he can be a good part of a sprint train when he's in form. |

It's Lefevre, he doesn't do charity. If he takes Cav back, he still believes Cav can win sprints.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Deceuninck seems to have something special, so it should be interesting to see what he can still do. Although quite skeptical that Cav can still be up there with the best. |

Yeah this most probably is about mentoring, but if any team can pilot Cav into a sprint successfully it's Deceuninck

Everything we've seen from Cav tells me he doesn't have the skillset or engine left to be a successful leadout rider. Let's see if he can prove me wrong.

He's just never going to stop. It's almost as if he has a wife who he really doesn't like
