Crazy finish, brutal climb. Attacking early not the best tactic, Roglic had it all for the finish line. Big gaps will be made and Enric Mas defini out of contention. |

That was entertaining as hell, but Roglic seemed like he still had lots to give in the end. Great climb tho! |

This Vuelta has had some great racing. Very refreshing to see these days.

Roglic still performing on the highest level - from before Tour to the Vuelta now, and casually winning L-B-L in the middle. SMH looks super legit lol

Saw someone say he's basically been peaking for 2 straight years, and it's true. Insane.

Didn’t see what happened but Sam Bennett seems to have been relegated from first place today. Perhaps an issue in the leadout. Ackermann wins then, ahead of Gerben Thijssen and Max Kanter (U23 joy). |

What? I didn't see anything at all that could be controversial in his sprint.

Around 17 seconds you can see him nudge a Trek guy... this is the only explanation although I have seen much worse in the past. Debatable, but understandable. |

I've seen a lot worse after a guy steal's a leadout man's wheel.
I'm not saying that shouldn't be a relegation move, but the vast majority of the time it isn't. Probably only got relegated because that commentator said something about it and he ended up winning.

I'm starting to believe that quickstep riders can start punching everyone else in the face and Lefevere will still defend his riders

I liked how Luis Angel Mate didn’t give a flying crap over the protest and just took off. Gotta love him. |
