Floyd Landis?
Let's save the history of PCM together!
Just write me a PM if you have something for old PCM Editions (from 2005 to 2014) - databases, stages, shirts etc. and we'll share it.

Definitely not a team younger fans would associate him with
IIRC he even made the Roubaix podium with them already.

Iljo Keisse is correct!
Chocolade Jacques was a great team to play with back in PCM06 with a lot of options for the flat races, spearheaded by early PCM legend Nico Eeckhout.

My first idea was a young Jan Polanc. But this looks like Japan Cup to me and iirc he never won it. Didn't Cunego win it once for Lampre? He S the only guy I remember from them possibly winning it...

Giving me some Eastern vibes... want to guess Ilia Koshevoy, iirc he rode well in Chinese and Japanese races with Lampre. |

Very good reasoning though it's not Japan Cup but the Tour of Qinghai Lake, where Koshevoy landed his first and only pro win.

Koshevoy is correct! Remembered him staying with Bert-Jan Lindeman for a very long time on a Vuelta stage with a summit finish. I had totally missed that he's retired now... |

I remember Koshevoy pleading for a contract on social media before he joined Wilier Triestina, I had no idea he had retired, though. That stage must have been the only time he performed decently in Europe.

Again, I suggest to think outside the box. |

Outside the box could mean Devo Team, so maybe Attila Valter?
