Yes it is, one of the guys from the late nineties I really loved to watch. As good as Sagan, Nibali and a few others are, this guy was just different.

You got the nationality right. This guy barely did anything in cycling despite having been considered an emerging star when in U23, which led his name to become some sort of a meme in the late 00’s decade.
Think this win was a rare sight on his career in a .2 race. |
