I think that's the Vuelta sprint where a lot of riders went the wrong way at a roundabout, watched the highlights of that edition last year. Max Richeze?

15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Awesome! It took so long to get one right
Last year I had the luck of having racing in my city and I've taken this great pic of this rider, who has a particularly interesting story

I don't know many riders from Amore & Vita, so I'm just going to guess, is it Davide Appollonio?

Got that right! Big man won his first road stage right after a 4 year doping ban

Neat! Let's continue with this man, pictured celebrating probably his biggest career victory (at least in real life ):

Are you allowed to look up a team roster?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I'd say looking at the names to remind yourself who was on the team is fine, going through pictures of the riders to compare maybe defeats the purpose a bit too much? Not sure though, but at the end of the day I think just go with whatever you're comfortable with since we could never find out anyway

Reminds me of Pim Lightart. Although I’m not sure if he was around when the team had that jersey.

my first guess would be Nikita Novikov, but it could also be a very young Wout Poels
anyway one of the most awesome teams
to ollfahrds question: I never look up anything, but that also ensures I'm often far far off

Gonna go for Johnny Hoogerland (after checking the roster so if it’s not allowed just ignore this)

All wrong so far
I'd say checking the roster is definitely allowed. I definitely do it. The first step a lot of the time is recognizing a jersey from a year and then narrowing it down based on that. That's where I stop with the research though.
