Guessing by out of the box you could mean it's from the FDJ U23 team? Only rider I know from there (last year at least) would be Kevin Inkelaar, so I'll guess him

The shirt definitely says GFC u23, in my mind Geniets still is a GFC u23 rider next idea would be Alexandre Balmer, one of the top class climbing talents and pretty tall as well if I remember correctly
