Congrats on some nice signings! Beltran is of course someone I was very interested in myself, and one I'd expect to do very, very well this season. His stamina is really his only weakness, but that shouldn't be too much of a factor in PCT

Pogacar and Beltran you couldn't ask for more, you already have the present and future of the team assured

I sure hope so
Indeed, two riders that excite us very much

It was crazy a bidding war Hopefully all of us involved come out with flying colors

Perfectly setup to allow one to bring through the other. Or at least that's the plan

Haha, I think Pogacar very much likes being at his "home" team
Though I appreciate the sentiment. Everyone wants a piece of Lil' Pogi

Groselj: I was getting a bit frustrated with the prolonged transfer situation. But I'm where I need and want to be, I also get to ride with Tadej again, whom I've known since juniors.

Oh yeah another Groselj in MG! I love his future, especially looking at the flat/tt/prologue combination if trained track-tt with huge Res. He can become Slovenias best engine (sorry Dzamastagic and Katrasnik ) |

Ciolek: I was brought here as the team's main sprinter. I have a great leadout rider in Mezgec. Looking forward to delivering plenty of stage wins.

Good luck with Ciolek!
I'll certainly follow his season intently and hope he can bag you lots of points.
He can frustrate you at times, but on a good day he's at the very top.

Wow it just gets better... Ciolek will be very nice, and Groselj is a really neat talent of any kind, especially a regional one!

Thanks. Hopefully our leadout will be good enough to put him in position to grab plenty of stage wins

We'll try to make it even better I wanted Groselj from the very start of transfers so I'm delighted to bring that deal over the line

Ciolek is another important piece to stay up while Pogacar develops. Like your plan for this transfer period

We have a trade deal to announce. It's a swap deal in which we are able to acquire Pello Bilbao from team SPAR - Siam Cement in exchange for Eugert Zhupa and a transfer fee worth € 800,000.
We would like to thank Eugert for everything he did for us last season. He was our leader for the cobbled races and was the top scorer on our team. We wish him all the best as he tests himself in the Pro Tour.
He will always be remembered for the picture below, Swisslion's first ever GC victory.
Pello Bilbao

Bilbao: Talking with the team and their plans, they have big expectations for me. I'm excited and already working hard to repay their trust in me.

Well you know what we say: If we can't get Dzamastagic to join us, we'll just have to beat him!
What plan?!

We have four separate loan deals to announce. Outgoing is newly signed neo pro Tadej Pogacar. He will be joining Adastra – Hell Energy Cycling in the CT division. We would have liked to keep Tadej here, but it made sense for a number of reasons to let him do his 1st season in CT.
The other 3 deals are all for riders joining the team. All 23 years old, they are at varying stages of their careers, but will all look to take that next step. All are here to learn, develop themselves as cyclist and people and help us achieve our goals this season.
The following riders are:
Callum Scotson
Spoiler FLA | MON | HIL | TTR | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | 69 | 56 | 62 | 73 | 69 | 67 | 68 | 71 | 66 | 74 | 67 | 63 | 75 |
Scotson: I like riding on the flat and I'll help the team in the TTT events. I'll also have a free reign in the cobbled races, excited for this opportunity.
Daniel Felipe Martinez
Spoiler FLA | MON | HIL | TTR | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | 63 | 70 | 68 | 67 | 66 | 69 | 67 | 53 | 64 | 68 | 64 | 68 | 66 |
Martinez: I'm a stage racer. I love to climb up mountains and hills and can do a solid TT. I'll help the team in stage races and try to get in some breakaways.
Andreas Odie Purnama Setiawa
Spoiler FLA | MON | HIL | TTR | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | 65 | 62 | 69 | 69 | 69 | 67 | 65 | 57 | 61 | 67 | 74 | 65 | 69 |
Setiawa: I can timetrial and I love racing hilly classics. Learning from the likes of Beltran and Pello Bilbao will be a great experience for me in my 1st season racing.

Zhupa leaving is rough and I honestly don't like that move. But Bilbao could be a key factor in avoiding relegation, so he's a very good choice indeed!

Kreder: I'm glad I was able to find a team late on. I'm looking forward to working with Mezgec and Ciolek in the sprints.
