I'm kinda against that to be honest, I've been arguing a long time to have less level 3 and 4 guys in the U23 races so that we actually get an interesting event rather than one guy dominating because he's already level 4 and a super talent and it seemed like we would already be close to achieving that here.
Sure, but that situation would be forged in a pretty unfair way.
We do everything by birth year as far as ages go for literally everything else. There's no distinction in our game between riders of different birth months except for this. Doesn't make much sense imo. Let them all race, or let none of them race.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

Team Selection PMs have gone out to all selectors from Jandal or myself. Please send in your responses. A deadline will be announced soon. In case of any doubts, please ask here or via PM to me or Jandal. Bear in mind that all selectors might not have received PMs in case further team selection is not required after the nominations.

Preference was given to teams with at least 8 riders nominated for Elite RR. Sweden has 7.

Ahlstrand will probably win the B worlds and thus be included in the A worlds, right?

15 out of 30 selectors have already sent in their picks, which is an excellent start. Keep them coming

Another shame for me to not nominate my Aussies for a possible WC in Geelong.. Route looking good for either Bobridge or Howard.

A mistake was made while compiling the WC eligible riders, with Generali riders missed out from the list. The following are the list of riders nominated by Matt from his team:
Spoiler
Matthias Krizek
Ben Hermans
Edward Theuns
Baptiste Planckaert
Gaetan Bille
Jan Ghyselinck
Bart De Clercq
Rudy Molard
Pierre Rolland
Philip Lavery
Diego Ulissi
Marco Canola
Elia Viviani
Luca Sterbini
Tim Dees
Rafael Silva
Artem Ovechkin
Primoz Roglic
Kristjan Koren
Robert Jenko
Stefan Kung
Cyrile Thièry
In case the selectors of Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia and Switzerland want to make any changes, please PM me for the same. All selectors of these nations will also receive a PM from my side as a reminder.

I am selector for France, Holland and Switzerland.
I see both Dees, Thièry and Kung in the list. Even included two of them in my selection...
Rolland and Molard was missing from the French list - not changed my mind though.

Yes something weird happened which removed some Generali riders from the list we shared with the selectors. I didn't take a chance this time and sent out all their riders again.

Thanks everyone for your responses. We have tallied all the votes and are now sending out the tiebreak PMs. There may be subsequent rounds of tiebreaks but the deadline to respond to these PMs is 48 hours at 9am GMT on Friday 23rd
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."
