Cavendish will not ride the Tour. Looks like his dream of catching Merckx is over.

Quintana, brother Dayer, Anacona and Diego Rosa are set to join Arkea for 2020. Barguil/Greipel syndrome incoming, if he wasn’t already done now Nairo won’t even challenge for a top-10. |

Isn't Arkea somehow going to WT level?
Ok Barguill, Greipel is 37, but Nairo at 30 stepping down... looks very strange

Fuglsang is 34 and has one GT top 10 finish in his whole career. It's not a great replacement.

Mas and Fuglsang are linked indeed, Landa and Carapaz are also said to be leaving, if it so happens it'll be a big remodeling of the GC structure, and unless Soler finally steps it up they will definetely be down a whole level

Can somebody explain to me Quintana’s reasoning behind this? I can not understand it.
Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

Brailsford has more or less confirmed Carapaz is joining Ineos. Can't be officially announced until 1 August.

Froome to be declared Vuelta winner
https://www.cyclin...qus_thread
What a joke: Strip a doper off his win, give the win to another doper
All of that bc Froome has the best lawyers and Cobo has shit nothing to even think about an appeal

They have a lot of talent, especially with Cepeda joining the team. Also I can imagine them signing one of the huge Colombian talents, of which Camilo Ardila looks the best to directly deliver.

I fixed your quote to make it more factually correct
The only good thing to come out of it is it technically makes Froome the first British rider to win a GT, so it'll piss Wiggo off a bit
Why have the Tour de France's stripped from Lance Armstrong not been awarded to anyone else? Surely it would be better than a big 7 year white out in the list on winners.

Arkea WILL NOT be in WT - Cofidis and Total are already set to be WT teams in 2020.
