It is called 'planned release' so pretty sure its the 4th. And whenever there is two dates in these circumstances, we all know the later is more likely.

well, steam was at one point also referring to July 4th, shortly after they announced the delay. But two days later, the date was again updated to June 27th.
It's possible that only the console edition is delayed and that the PC release will still be June 27th |

Well in my case, I spent average around 400 hours in each edition of the game, and last year the best evolution was definetely the AI and it wasn't even something they gave much attention in the "New Features", so until the game comes out there's not much use of rating it. I love the concept of the game so either way I will like the game, will either like a lot or just enjoy.
In another story, some more modifications in the transfer system.

Revamp for both pro cyclist and team mode, too... I like the concept, hopefully it's executed appropriately. That will make the transfer period a little more refreshing on both sides I think, it's an aspect of the game that started to go stale for me.

It's been confirmed that PCM will be released on steam the 27th like the steam page mentions. Console version releases June 4th.
The 23th of June was miscommunication. |

It's kind of wild that the release is a week away and so far we've got three tweets with a total of eleven screenshots, only three of which show something besides race footage and the slightly altered UI. And, to put the cherry on the cake, the official website currently shows an Error 404. Top notch marketing  I guess they bank on their core demographic to buy the game either way?

According to steam, the game is supposed to release in 3 hours and is still not purchasable. It would have been nice to be able to pre-load the game like in previous years...
In saying that, I'm not sure if I'm going to get this years especially considering how little has been said about it. Even here, there doesn't seem to be as much hype as in the past, even given the issues the series has.

Almost 20 years waiting the release day of PCM (CyM).
So many years waiting like a teenager also was living in other 2 countries even i bought the game almost in release day in Madrid, ParÃs, Málaga, Murcia and Stockholm
I am proud of feeling this day with enthusiasm altough the last 5 yeas the game is absolute the same.
I am being old, and older, trough the years and my life keep rolling around cycling, summer and PCM.
Only I wish this years can play in first week without old bugs what let me play well away froustation or reluctance. |

I think there has been major AI improvements from 16 to 17 and 17 to 18 tbh. But yeah, career only gets worse with the transfer system, less potential choice for sponsors,...

Yeah pretty disappointed in the game this year as 18 was such a huge step up imo and wa so promising in terms of the future, but no need to buy this one unless you don’t have 18 or you love pro cyclist mode
