Denifl has confessed to blood doping over the Austrian/German blood-doping scandal currently going on related to former Gerolsteiner doctor Mark Schmidt.
The blood bags are currently being handled by the austrian police, and we're probably going to hear more over this in the next couple of weeks/months.
Also, love how in 2019, with the biological passport, people are still doing blood transfusions and not getting caught. |

Direct Energie would be replaced by Total for the team managed by Jean-René Bernaudeau. The new sponsor name (and jerseys) should be effective before Paris-Roubaix classic.
It is to be noted that Total company acquired Direct Energie end of 2018.
Potential for higher team investments from such big company.

I read the article as it's probably unlikely, that the team will change its name:
Authorities have said the many public buildings, events and companies with Astana in their titles will retain their names.
A pretty funny story though. Didn't realize, that they change their capital city's name as often as other people change their girlfriends or stuff like that

Really bizarre stuff there. Can't imagine just changing the name of the capital city so abruptly.
