Lutsenko just one step above everybody in Oman also: what the heck was Grellier doing there?

He was on the breakaway. |

Wonder if that result with some many losing time will stick in Algarve
Nb: Astana all over Andalucia too, but cheers to Wellens anyway, strongest on the final few 100 meters

Pogacar takes his first pro win on today’s Volta ao Algarve stage, massive and perfectly tined attack. |

Sky set up the finish perfectly for him

Honestly the fact that SKY made it very hard, just add to the brilliance of this win.

It adds to the enjoyment of the win, but making it harder actually suits Pogacar better

Wow, Pogacar with a solid top-5 in today's time-trial and only lost time to Soren Kragh Andersen (and I don't even consider the Dane a favourite for the GC as Alto do Malhão seems too hard for him, but we'll see...) |

Pogacar now with 31s ahead of Enric Mas, looks in good shape to take his 1st overall victory as a WT rider.

Would be the wildest surprise if Pogacar can win a race like this, so let’s hope he can.

Great win for Ciccone, I'm very excited in what he can do with a WT team, and curious to see him in a GT again. It would be a pity if he won't fight for a white jersey in his last year of U25 rank, but with Porte and Mollema it's hard for him to have a free role, at least if leaders won't crack

Just realized Tour du Haut Var has an extra day this year, finishing on the summit of Mont Faron. Love that climb, makes me miss the old days of Tour de Mediterraneen. |

Roglic wins TTT with Jumbo Visma, Pogacar wins Algarve and Kump is back to winning ways in Izola, perfect weekend

That was a very good stage today, Kragh Andersen with a bold move that, in fact, surprised me. Pogacar, though, never lost his nerve and defended himself maturely, think I'm going to be a big fan of him, second pro stage race and already having Aru working for him, massive respect. |

Aru is going to have to shape up if he wants to work for Pogacar

Hey I've seen that on twitter
I have so much catching up to do so many interesting finales to watch and Algarve almost home race pretty much, I am so thrilled having heard of Stybar winning today I felt he deserved it so much after the amazing work he put last year, sacrificing his chances for so many of his teammates to raise their arms. I MUST see Yates' Hazallanas stage I believe that was also something beautiful to see. And yes yes omg seeing the Algarve's climbs actually having gaps is news to me I must see how come

Kudus wins in Rwanda today which means Astana already take 12 victories this season and if I'm not mistaken all of them all of them were in the last 15 days.
Not bad seeing that in 2017 Scarponi got the first win for the team and was only in mid-April.
