Mohoric wins Binck Bank almost all on his own

Wouldn't surprise me, already looking good for races like Amstel Gold Race perhaps. Also weird he got a contract with his team
Corendon-Circus until 2023 Never seen a contract that length and especially weird signing with a Continental team.
Probably with a buyout clause in astronomical figures.
Mohoric is rocketing through the sky since he joined bahrein. perfect move for both. glad he didnt stay with uae/lampre/vaughters.. those teams are the place where talents never succeed.

Guess we were just impatient with Mohoric. The way he won this race was a show of strength when he wasn’t the actual strongest of the field. Think he can become a classics contender in the following years. |

He's still only 23! Just been around for a while now
I agree his future hopefully lies in the hilly and cobbled classics, maybe even San Remo Nibali style, he set him up in the perfect position this year and he can descend even better

Might be even a late turner like Geraint Thomas. When a donkey like Froome can turn into a race horse and win 6 Gts, then someone like Mohoric with two junior wc medals should be able to do that too.

Nah leave the GT's to Roglic and let Mohoric dominate the classics

Dylan Groenewegen wins the mass sprint in Veenendaal - Veenendaal for the third time and becomes record holder. Annemiek van Vleuten wins the inaugural women's edition. But the big news of the day: I got a picture with the first winner of Veenendaal - Veenendaal, a guy called Joop Zoetemelk.

Fun stuff. Just watched one minute of the Deutschland Tour by accident They crossed a road near my hometown about 20km before the finish in Bonn. Wanted to visit a friend and had to stop due to a road closure. Et voila: a professional cycling peloton
I may visit tomorrow's queen stage then. Looks like it could be an interesting finish there.

Nice mate, enjoy it!
Just a reminder that apparently Demare is alone on a race in France, won the first 3 stages with unmatched sprints and has now won the 23Km ITT

Ivan Sosa’s destruction has started in L’Avenir. |

I don't know much about l'Avenir and its rules, but why isn't Remco Evenepoel starting?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

So I went to visit Trier for the Deutschland Tour today. Quite a fun day eventually and I really liked the thrill of this final lap through the city. Huge fight from Ackermann and a great ride from particularly Schachmann and Dumoulin. Loved that sprint to the line, had a perfect place to watch it. May share pictures tomorrow. Spotted Gerald Ciolek as well, roturn may like that

I am not really a Ciolek fan boy. Simply needed an avatar back then and too lazy to change.
Some 10-11-12 years ago actually I saw Ciolek winning at the Deutschland Tour from a nice finish line perspective. Incredible that it's such a long time ago already. |

I think the part where he was winning is more incredible than the part about how long ago it was.
