I don´t like to see so many sprinters improving Pfft

Btw how is it possible Festina riders got 6 trainings when 5 only is allowed?

Team trainings were allowed more than 5.

Just rider training with a max of 2.

Was changed at one point.

Thanks, somehow missed that one.

Regarding to Degenkolb and his (no) improving: First, I had to pay 1,5m fine to MGUCI for renewals. Second, prizes/offers for 2nd tier leaders (Maes, Kluge, Zabel, Faiers) were much weaker this year. And finally, I wanted to make Izagirre more competitive as a plan A anyway Pfft If I promote to PT this year (predict finishing between 4th-7th), I may consider to train him to 85SP to keep at least small advantage over most of top sprinters.

Would you care to elaborate? Push how?
I have 22 riders this season, and loaned out Ganna while covering his 160k wage, and still have 35k unused cap space. So basically that's 295k cap space I could shed without losing any effectivity.

I do agree however that points-wise, we might be at our peak if my plans work out, but that's my decision.

Pretty much that your top riders will continue to increase in wage, so push for the title ;-)

I'm really interested to see if Van Poppel's training will make him more relevant in the sprints. With Gesink gone, I have to turn to him and Gerts for Dutch leadership.

With Gesink gone I guess the fight between our teams with Dutch leaders is getting more interesting.

Just somehow must get rid of this Kelderman guy. Pfft

I'll take him, you can have Oomen.

Small DB error in my team, Eriksson's clause should be lv 1->3, not lv up to 2.

---

Interesting to note that a few CT teams could afford training this year. Notably Meyer, Pomoshnikov and Kulppi all look like they can be very competitive this season after their boosts, especially Meyer.

And of course, a few other riders in other divisions stick out. The sprint/hill combination riders seem to have been a popular pick this year with Van Stayen, Demare, Kump and Van Der Lijke all getting trained. Coquard, Morton and De Bie of course also taking nice steps.

Yes, I noted this as well now.

But this season all clauses are immediately checked when race planners are send.
Hence it shouldn`t be a big issue as I quickly can see, which have such issue for some reason.

Also, Jiang has the wrong clause in the DB. It should be max out not 1->3.

Oh, I don't care about the title.

I'm here to make Demare the first ever 80+HIL, 80+SPR rider in the history of the ManGame (and preferably have success with him), everything else is a fun bonus. We just can't afford to relegate.

On that note, thanks to Evonik!

Had planned to train a rider for the first time, but valued getting some strong domnestiques over giving Poljanski 79 hill, which point wise probably wouldn't have meant much. Scary sprinters in the PT though!

Happy to see Barguil trained, that wouldn't have happened if he didn't move to Moser, as it was always going to be Beltran this season for me.

Like many others have stated, some very interesting training done. Must say I kind of fear for Ciolek, as there are several sprinters now that I expect will "compete" with him to make a train, even in races where the competition is expected to be less.

All the cobbles training is kind of exciting as well, eventhough it makes it more challenging for Trentin. But I like both the Stallaert and Altur training a lot, and it should help more aggressive racing behind Bewley compared to the previous couple of seasons, where it feels like it has mostly been some kind of group sprint behind Bewley and GVA, and occasionally Summerhill.

With both Festina and Moser regressing a bit, and other getting stronger we are in for a tight season I believe. I love the looks on some of the teams, like Air France (EBH looking really sexy there), Hugo Boss (Kristoff looks like a perfect piece) and Aker with all their leaders. This should also be THE season for Puma, if they don't make a real push now their team will soon fall into real big cap trouble.

I had Puma as huge favourites before the transfer season started, simply because of their massive head start with an absolute world class stage racer in Herklotz on a very, very low wage for such a rider.

Not so sure anymore though, at least it feels like other teams also have a good shot at the ranking win, especially T-Mobile, but also Moser and Hugo Boss. I guess you can argue those four teams look the strongest, and then there's Festina, eBuddy, Aegon and maybe Air France, Evonik, Vesuvio or my own team that could challenge from behind. Though, this is just after a very quick look, so could well have made some serious oversights Pfft

I can't see you miss the podium ember. You would need to be extremely unlucky or plan like a newbie to miss out. Have that in mind once the season progresses Pfft

Veyhe's loan clause is incorrect as well, should be use at least 100 RDs, but currently it says Level up to level 2 (which will be tricky because he's level 3 atm Pfft)

I could've easily kept Blythe and Weber, only sold Heider and get two loans, and I agree that it could've been a title challenge. If only that mattered to me, as I stated above. Wink

And Aker with that depth has to be high up the rankings, if you plan those guys well.

Pretty interesting training choices!

I like to see only few riders getting trained in mountains - this gives my plan with Barguil at least some chance to succeed this year, hopefully it should be possible for him to score at least a similar amount of points like Vesely and Vakoc combined last year, so my hope is we can aim for a similar total points count as in the last season, but this time with a chance to renew my team without any fine for 2019. On the other way the situation with sprinters is getting a lot more difficult for Bewley's chances to score points, so I may also miss this target because of this, but hopefully I still have a chance in my bid for PT trophy after Festina's big rebuild and other teams improving, but hopefully by not that much. Aker and T-Mobile worry me a lot though. Also totally can see Festina or Puma winning it all this year. Aegon, Bennelong, Isostar or even Vesuvio and Hugo Boss also look a lot interesting. Should be a great season. Smile

no training for our team, there was the intention to train either Chiarello for 80MO or Silvestre for 82SP but it did not go well and there was no money for that.
From what I could see there were some very interesting training sessions, but still some of those I expected to see did not happen

Eiking and Moulingui's clauses are set to Max while it should be level 4.
