Well the wording "the current Fantasy Grand Tour game" implies he isn't being allowed to use the Tour de France name.

This is proof enough for ASO greed and will to decide what's going on any were concerning cycling. So glad UCI/Wada slapped them on their fingers in the Froome case. Don't care if he is guilty or not. ASO shows they like to rule and in VG case no hord of lawyers stepped forward telling ASO to fuck off.
Lots of other similar fantasy games are setup everywere but they might have stronger backing so the assholes in SO decide to go after the smaller backed websites.
Over my dead body I would never sign up for them. Actually for the firt time I truly hate the action of an organization. FIFA has always been bad, but this takes the top honors.
These bullies felt stronger than ever when the thought they could ban whoever they liked to be out of "their" race. Guess even mentioning Tour de France could get ypu a letter from ASO. I better watch it then. 
A warning to all stage-creators of making any kind of TDF stage and using the name will take care and have lawyers prepared.

Really disappointed in ASO, they need to read more Spiderman!
Joined Ollfardh's league for a bit of fun.
Velogames was how I was getting my 8 year old into cycling, he beat my Giro team, now I have to try and explain what corporate greed is about

I prefer Velogames as well for the record, but I'm in the other game with other people (so that why I have a different name). It's better then no TDF game for daily.
About one hour left to join!

Disappointing that a corporation feels the need to threaten to litigate against something that has only enhanced their product and the interest in it, not to mention the negative feelings it generates towards the race ownership.
I'm certainly no longer interested in partaking in or purchasing anything officially endorsed any more
