The 10 day transfers windows will be coming soon, and intention is certainly for it to be this month.
We're looking at the period from w/c 16th July up to 2nd August, which would mean a start date of no later than 22nd July, and likely to be earlier.
With 70 managers in the game, it's always likely that some will be busy or away during transfers, particularly in the summer. And indeed, this period is driven by the window for which both myself and roturn are available.
The FA deadlines of 48 hours, and other deals of 24 hours, are there to allow those with limited time to still be involved; but we are also able to conduct transfers for you if you are going to be unable to be involved - provided we receive some instructions (as detailed as possible) regarding planned actions.
Please let me know if this period is going to be tricky for you, and we can work out a plan for how best to minimise the impact on your team.

Will be on holiday July 17-24, so the later the better for me.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

As I said on Skype, the earlier the better for me :-p Or after the period suggested here.
Will always find a way though

As early as possible from today is nice for me, but of course no need to cater to me
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

I'll be on vacation from the 28th of July onwards, so anything before that would be great

I'm only away for a weekend from the 27th to 29th of July, but possibly without any internet access on those days.

I'd say whenever suits best for SN and roturn is the best time for transfers. As you write, whether you start the 16th, 19th, 22nd or any other date, it will always be a challenge for some and better for others. And regardless, anyone not at home with easy access to the Internet should be able to work a way around it with the help from SN/roturn as their bidders/other solutions, as has been shown over and over again in different transfer seasons.
Speaking of myself, I've no Internet in my apartment, but the FA deadlines of 48 hours combined with mobile broadband should make it easy enough to join the transfer party whenever you decide it should be this summer |

On holiday from 14 to 17. But if it's going to be the 16th then, I would probably not go crazy

No big issues with the timing for me. Just that it would be cool to start on a Friday/saturday again to get the first big chunk of activity into the weekend.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

No issues for me on any of these dates - my vacation is much later this year. That being said, not sure vacation severely affects one's abilities to get through transfers. I was away last year throughout the majority of the period, and we didn't do too shabbily

Ehm I'm starting a 3 week course from the 16th of July, where I will only have a few hours of free time a day, however I am quite sure I will be able to be active enough. So as soon as Transfers gets started the better

I don't go anywhere, so we should be good.
I don't even care if it's a weekend or not, as I don't really have weekends at my current job. I'm here whenever.
