ASO banned froome cause sky said something not nice about Hinault
It's more likely that Hinault has been actively supporting the ban of Froome when you look at his comments. Pretty sure the badger doesnt give two shits about some sky pr makebelieves.

Feeling a bit sorry for Froome and Sky - in fairness the UCI should have made a decision one way or another at the start of the year (and then changed their rules so this stuff is either not announced or temporary bans are instant)
However, spare a thought for the most disappointed man by this news; Mikel Landa - if he was still at Sky he'd currently have the full backing to be the Tour leader but instead he'll be busy fetching bottles for Nairo! |

So a potential ASO ban makes it very fast with a result after 10 months?
Well, this kind of kills the cycling doping fight for me. Ulissi might laugh the most. |

Also weird how UCI is suddenly able to come with a verdict just a day after ASO decides to keep Froome out of the Tour

WTF UCI???????
Like really, now come on, this is sadest day for cycling in decades. Basically you can now do what you want with TUEs, if your lawyers are good enough...

To me, case closed, let's get on with it. Feel free to cheer for whoever but the UCI have dragged enough mud on to the road here without the need for us to drag more. |

Lets get on? Nope, Froome should be insulted in France and thrown off the bike if he is okay to go (and he should be now). If you get away with doping by UCI corruption, you should not get away with it in normal world.

Surely someone will appeal this somewhere? |

Afte second thought, assault on Froome is too much, lets buoycott the Tour de France as the spectators. It would be nice also to see some reactions from the field of riders...

+1 to most the posts here.
Go away Froome, such a joke, great race just was ruined by another Sky train now with the leader 110% confirmed doping.
Hope Bardet is in cracking form and that AG2R is over the Sky joke as they showed in Dauphine, only way to save this...
Wonder if Ulissi tries to sue the UCI now, he has a case.

Cycling is dead. What a farce. UCI is still very corrupt, like the Armstrong times.
