Congratulations. You will join the Continental division, which will consist of the new teams, the 5 teams who relegated from PCT to CT, and those teams who competed in CT last season already, that did not promote.
Being accepted is only the first part. A strong activity in the game, both in the off-season and during the season are expected of all of you. Last couple years some teams lost their spot due to high inactivity or didn`t even made it into transfers/season start. So don't take anything for granted now that you are in!
The first step is to confirm your team name and sponsors, which you can do in this thread: https://pcmdaily.c...d_id=50235
Fill it in as all others are doing, and just put "N/a" under the 2017 Name section.
A note on sponsors. You can't pick a sponsor that is already being used, or was used last season. You can see last year's sponsors from the 2017 List, but check the thread above too for any new sponsors being chosen by teams.
Your team will need a jersey, and once ready that needs to be uploaded to the 2018 ManGame section of the Shirts Database (Section PCM13, PCM15 size Format).

You can then post a Team HQ thread in https://pcmdaily.c...rum_id=96. But first, try to think about what you want to put in it. Don't start spamming the HQ forum out of excitement, its your first chance to prove youll be a good manager for the game!
Please do not suddenly post in a lot of Team HQ threads declaring interest in riders they might have. And certainly do not make any offers for riders. This is banned for all teams until the start of the transfer season, when there will be plenty of time for such moves. Transfers will require some careful planning - not wildly charging in trying to sign every single available rider.
Everything else in the off-season will follow in due course, and be announced in this MG Announcements forum or the General CT forum. A vague order will be: Reveal of racing calendar; selection of team goals; transfer season; selection of C1/C2 races; filling in rider race planner files; start of the season with the first race. However there is no timescale for when these will happen. Impatient posts asking about timings are not appreciated. |

Yes, you can.
Preferably the sponsor has a connection to one of your team nationalities and is not something silly that breaks immersion.

The Barbadian-Mauritian team without a sponsor in it's name and like 10 main sponsors says hi and that you can pretty much do whatever you want with your team
