It was a good season for you, even though it must've hurt to be so close to promotion and not quite make it. I think PCM being a little weird with sprinters this season didn't do you any favours either.
With another transfers you'll be able to make up a few more points and (hopefully) be able to go up next season!

Yeah. Now its time to see if the data from this season can be used to improve sprints in particular, as I don't think I will do any alterations in that lineup. The Guardini - Mohs partnership did work sometimes, so it might've not been an mistake to put them together.
A new leader in the hills and some more depth in that area aswell is probably the goal, as it should make it easier that both TvG and Hagen seems to be gone from the PCT. A more active transfer season seems imminent for this team

To maintain our tradition of keeping our outfit with a hint of the teams history, we now venture into our 4th year with new experiences awaiting. Our new jersey reflects on all 3 seasons, namely with the return of Arrinera as team sponsor, marking their 2nd year as sponsoring the team, this time however not as main sponsor. Fablok has been with us from day one and while their contribution to our finances are the least at the team, they remain our flagship from start to end.
Bank BGZ remains with us again with the biggest percentage of our budget each year, makes them really supportive for our cause. The PT Tour is the goal as always for them and their belief, that the team can makes this possible is still quite high. We would like to thank Salomon Group for making our jersey this quickly.
*note as their are still lots of time to the new season, this kit might only be preliminary
Fablok "is a Polish manufacturer of locomotives, based in Chrzanów. Fablok being a widely used syllabic abbreviation of Fabryka Lokomotyw. Fablok does not make new locomotives anymore." - Wikipedia - Fablok is our Polish Flag Ship for a lost work of art never to return and tells the lesson that all great things must come to an end

I see what you did there
As I don't know which riders will be captains for us next year, I cannot say that we go out and straight out win the PCT, but we'll definitely try. Excited to possible see some fresh new riders with Froome/Roche possibly leaving, well Froome is for sure

Very retro looking jersey but it looks really nice!
With at least Froome gone should be interesting to see who you have an eye on. Plenty of oppurtinities in the FA next season

Liked the jersey before, and still like the new one very much! I'm interested in seeing what you do with the team this offseason, and where Froome/Roche end up. I think with the right moves you'll have a strong promotion contending team again, good luck.

@Yellow Thanks, loosening up 1M in the wage budget adds the possibility of many things, so looking forward to that.
@Bush Glad you like it. Went for the same color scheme as our very first jersey, which hopefully will be symbolic for next season. Roche can easily lead in the CT and Froome still have PCT merits with 80 hill nex season

Like the jersey! It's sleek, classy, but not too garish (looking at you Croatia )

Love the sponsor consistency and the continuing project. I agree with the hype for your next season, surely promotion must be due. Interesting Roche and Froome-less direction, I do wonder what is the next plan for Fablok. Whatever it is I hope it's successful, because that sexy jersey needs to be on the front

@Booker Thanks man
@jandal Glad you like it. After 2 years of trying to promote with a team focusing on making its captain carry the team, it seems to be time for a new approach. PCM doesnt seem to keen on a team with too many riders of different type of stats. So right now we might go for a Isostar and Berg inspired approach with more scoring options with a backdrop on Mohs. We definitely missed a lot of points with a lineup mixed with too many categories
