Wow!
Usually, 1-2s in PCM are due to the AI messing up, but I'd argue this rather was very well played by the AI. That's what the other teams get for not challenging with a sprint train of their own.
It reminded me of Lampaert in the Vuelta or obviously Pöstlberger's Giro ride, so who says PCM can't be realistic Congrats dave.
It's actually exact as Lampaert's move in Vuelta. Three riders train, the second stops and the one who is leading "attacks". Then the sprinter beats the rest of the field, although Trentin didn't beat Lampaert that time

Wow, massive result for Kraftwerk. Huge congrats Dave
Seeing the, based on stats and expectations, somewhat poor season for Mohs so far, I'm kind of glad that I dropped having a top sprinter in Guarnieri. Fourth place is obviously not a failure, but for danny's sake, I hope he'll do even better later on in the season.
From my own experience with Napolitano a few seasons back, it's not really worth having the top sprinter in the division. Sprints are a total lottery, and if you go in expecting to win each one then you'll inevitably be disappointed. Napo finished 4th in the individual rankings for me yet had a few races where he was out of the top 5 and even top 10 - investing heavily in a sprinter is just setting yourself up for frustration
Promoted to PT in my first year thanks to Bennati.

Bah, not gonna pretend that 4th is bad from a HC classic, but yeah having riders like Guardini and Stepniak is not very helpful, when they don't even bother showing up for the final sprint.
Again not a bad result and congrats to Kraftwerk with their unexpected 1-2, but not that unexpected win.

Really just want to see Afewerki getting involved in the sprint - and a Top 20 performance would be just fine.
Well, 20th it is!

And I was worried about the Kraftwerk lead out! Previous lead outs kind of fizzled out but somehow we managed to find the AI sweet spot this time.
Oh my goodness what a special result.
Thanks for the congrats and the thrilling report by AbhishekLFC.

Well, I mean I certainly can't complain when Bouhanni pulls one out of the bag and finishes 3rd in a pretty strong field where he definitely wasn't a favourite. Lobato in 12th is unexpected but also a useful result. If he had been a lead out then who knows what could have happened!
Thanks for the report and congrats to Dave on a fantastic 1-2.

23rd and 24th make us 10 points, which is 10 more than I expected leading into this race Kraftwerk getting as many points out of this as some of our better stage races, wow damn! Congrats D2B!
And thanks a lot Aquarius for the quality report as usual.
