In Man-Game the limit is 20 riders for CT teams. From what I've read the limit here is 18 unless the limit was increased.
The number I guess could go up to 26-28 if you have a developmental team

WT teams must have at least 25 riders, CT teams 18 and U23 development teams 8. Unless something was changed. So 18 is minimum, not maximum  . |

Not that I expected my steals to work, just wanted to see how they work, but I'm already regretting picking a British team because I didn't see any decent British free agents and Bunzl is hogging all the good Brits. Won't you reconsider, brewers90, and let me have Kennaugh? |

brewers despises steals and you probably have a much higher chance of getting one of his riders via actual transfer negotiations I'd say

Nail on the head. Steals are a cheap way of simply annoying people that might be able to help you in the future. Just PM me and ask about availability.
I have to get rid of at least one rider in the transfer season but I doubt Kennaugh is available. He's a key part of my squad. Drop me a PM when transfers open and we'll discuss. I also released some pretty good riders for a CT team so there are riders available. There's also a guy called Froome.
