Good luck in pro continental, such a cool banner. !
Great clean jersey, very easily spotted in the peloton, without being too flashy.

Great to see that Dowsett rediscovered his winning form for you last season, and made some good points scoring contributions. It will be interesting to see who you go for during transfers - no doubt words will be held with the management of Eritel!

Thanks a lot! There is a need to build massively in transfers, so it will be a challenge, but I have plans
Thanks a lot! Inspired by Canyon-Sram with the lack of logos and simplicity

Thanks Jak! The banners are a little different to previous years, but I like them

Thanks! Promotion was unexpected, and I never thought it would happen really. Hope it isn't 1 season too soon though...

That was very much the plan with the jersey. Something that is easily to spot is essential

Great to see you back online SN! The offer of Dowsett at the 11th hour was amazing of you, and he worked out brilliantly, especially in the bigger PCT races. We will definitely be in touch come transfer season!

Beauty of a jersey, top notch. Congratulations to the late promotion, it sure may have come unexpected but definitely deserved after the progress you have achieved in the previous year. All the best for the upcoming transfer period and good luck in filling the african void left by Telekom and the disabandment of Kenya Airways alongside Eritrel in the PCT

Thanks Shonak. Feedback from the jersey has been fantastic with it really good! It should stand out in the PCT peleton.

Ahead of the new season, the Haute Route management were delighted to complete success renewal period with all the riders on the team, and can announce our retained list for our first season in the PCT division
| First Name | Surname | Old Wage | New Wage | Diff. | | Essaid | Abelouache | € 50,000 | € 60,000 | € 10,000 | | Anass | Ait El Abdia | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | | Adel | Barbari | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | | Nabil | Baz | € 60,000 | Released | -€ 60,000 | | Abdalla | Ben Youcef | € 50,000 | € 52,500 | € 2,500 | | Gaëtan | Bille | € 95,000 | € 80,000 | -€ 15,000 | | Hichem | Chaabane | € 50,000 | Released | -€ 50,000 | | Mikaël | Chérel | € 60,000 | € 60,000 | € 0 | | Alex | Dowsett | € 160,000 | € 200,000 | € 40,000 | | Mathieu | Drujon | € 85,000 | Released | -€ 85,000 | | Mohamed | Er Rafai | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | | Soufiane | Haddi | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | | Maher | Hasnaoui | € 50,000 | € 52,500 | € 2,500 | | Bassirou | Konte | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | | Paul Junior | Maroga | € 10,000 | € 50,000 | € 40,000 | | Clenne Morvan | Moulingui | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | | Geoffroy | Ngandamba | € 65,000 | € 65,000 | € 0 | | Cedric | Thaouta | € 50,000 | € 65,000 | € 15,000 | | Polychronis | Tzortzakis | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 |
Finished in just one round of negotiations with the MGUCI, there was some doubts amongst the hierarchy about whether we should have gone lower with some riders, but looking back, we are very happy with all of the renewals.
We have released three riders, due to differing reasons, and with the departure of Alexander Krieiger back to his parent team, Aegon-Lavazza, we have a lot of work to do come the transfer season in order to compete at the PCT level.
We have our targets, we have an idea of where we want to be come the first race of the season, but whether we end up there is a difference story. We will say one thing though... Every rider on the team is available to be discussed during transfers.
Every rider has his price!

Everyone loves the transfer season right? All the stresses in the first 24 hours, plans go out the window within the first 12... we just wouldn't have it any other way.
Well the Haute Route management team were very busy trying to get deals across the line, and we are delight to announce the following ahead of the new season.
*****
Thibault Pinot
XP: 4.100 Wage: € 250,000 Fl | Mo | Hi | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cob | Sp | Acc | Fig | DH | Prl | 72 | 80 | 74 | 65 | 76 | 79 | 75 | 58 | 62 | 69 | 72 | 67 | 65 |
Our main target and we delighted to quickly strike a deal with jph27 and his Ayubowan! management team. Costing us €1,200,000, Thibault will lead the line in the mountains, targeting the goals set by the Haute Route sponsors.
Tsgabu Gebremaryam Grmay
XP: 4.100 Wage: € 55,000 Fl | Mo | Hi | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cob | Sp | Acc | Fig | DH | Prl | 67 | 77 | 74 | 65 | 71 | 73 | 76 | 58 | 61 | 71 | 58 | 74 | 65 |
Signed from the Free Agency market, Tsgabu will be one of Pinot's main domestiques in the mountains. We are delighted to have him on board, having been the first confirmed free transfer to Haute Route.
Mwangi Samwel
XP: 4.100 Wage: € 110,000 Fl | Mo | Hi | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cob | Sp | Acc | Fig | DH | Prl | 68 | 78 | 69 | 60 | 79 | 69 | 78 | 55 | 59 | 62 | 75 | 53 | 59 |
Another Free Agency signing and another signed with Pinot in mind, Mwangi will be his right hand man in all races this season. His stats mean he should be there until the end with Thibault in the high mountains, and hopefully putting him in the best position to take victories.
Guillaume Levarlet
XP: 4.100 Wage: € 100,000 Fl | Mo | Hi | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cob | Sp | Acc | Fig | DH | Prl | 69 | 74 | 79 | 66 | 70 | 72 | 73 | 53 | 63 | 68 | 72 | 65 | 66 |
A fantastic rider on the puncheur races, Guillaume has been signed to provide a little more support to Alex in the Hillier classics. Signed from the Free Agency, he experience on the road will be invaluable during our first season in the PCT.
Rudy Barbier
XP: 3.000 Wage: € 50,000 Fl | Mo | Hi | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cob | Sp | Acc | Fig | DH | Prl | 70 | 50 | 66 | 56 | 69 | 69 | 67 | 66 | 74 | 75 | 63 | 63 | 60 |
Signed very much with the future in mind, we hope to see Rudy develop nicely with the Haute Route team to become a handy sprinter / lead-out man in the next few years. Signed from the Free Agency for the minimum wage, we couldn't be happier!
*****
The Haute Route management team will continue to work hard building the squad with a number of deal still in the pipeline and awaiting MGUCI approval. There is also the chance that one or two riders might leave the team before the end of the transfer window, so keep your eyes out for any updates!

Very happy with the wages so far. Surprised myself with who I have got for a small cost.
Levarlet is not a leader, so purely there for a domestique role

We had more of a plan in place, but there was some panic at time. Happy with how the team is coming together so far
