Westbrook can't be MVP if he barely reaches 40% FG and 30% 3PT. Even if he does a triple-double in the season. Also he has almost 6 TO per game.
Same goes with Harden, but he has a bit better percentages, and he also has 6 TO per game.
Right now, I would give the MVP to Durant, because NO is having a horrible season (7-16), so that's discount Davis for the MVP. Durant is averaging 27 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists with 55% FG!. Obviously, the Warriors 20-3 helps |

Btw, how about the Utah Jazz. The had a real chance to win against the warriors with 4 starters out due to injury (Hill,Hood,Hayward,Favors). they came up short in the end but still an amazing effort. Makes you wonder what this team can do if they are healthy. |

I preferred the Mavs - Spurs game.
In especially seeing the amount of injuries for the Mavs when it`s the 2nd consecutive game, where a new 10-day contract PG must start after the first got injured as well.
Must say, Dorian Finney-Smith is impressing. Coming from basically nowhere, he is one of the top5 rookies this season imo. Starting in so many games, such a good defender and also being agressive towards teh basket and a very solid 3p-shot. He is improving his game with such incredible speed. |

And now you (Mavs) have beaten the Cavs...Seth Curry is playing well these days, emulating the brother. 
Finney-Smith was probably invisible this time, according to box score though. I had very little chances to watch him play, so nice to hear that not so well known rookie from his class is doing well, i will try to watch some of his higlights at least.

His boxscore regularly is rather calm and still he has huge impact on a game.
His defense can`t be seen in the boxscore but is always a big point as he is a rookie but already defending the very best of the opponent team such as Westbrook, Leonard etc.
And then often doing right decisions when to throw and when to pass. Rarely makes unnecessary mistakes. |

Ofc you cant draw everything from that, but you can tell something also from the +/- rating and he had -9 this night.

Must admit I still need to re-watch the Cavaliers game.
Was still talking about Spurs and main part of the season, where he had like ~25 starts as undrafted rookie and following his game for game development.
He surely won`t become a new superstar. Clearly not. But a very nice role player, who can contribute very well to any team.
Totally agree with you, that boxscores can tell you something. In especially the +- rating even though also there obviously you can just have hit the wrong 5min but in total had a solid game.
Will try to watch the game later on or more likely tomorrow. |

It is always nice to see the young guys coming up and being valuable already in their first year, especially when the guy was undrafted as he was. Then again, he is 23 years old already, so he should be polished as the player and have some advantage over 19-21 years old guys.
He is probably in the right spot at the right time, when the Mavs struggle this season a lot and he can get a chance to play. I see he has a bit of a FG% problem though, only 41% so far in the season...

Naw they got IT, Zizic, Crowder and Nets' lottery pick which even if you take out Crowder doesn't happen in NBA 2K

I highlighted Crowder and the pick, seeing as this trade has a huge upside for the Cavs. Also curious about how Thomas feels about letting LeBron carry the ball up the court about 60% of the time.
Like you said, this trade would never happen on 2k. Maybe on NBA Live it would
