Chaves is UP FOR THIS ONE WOOHOOO VAMOS VENGA VENGA VENGA
Nice to see Nibbles doing well too. Less nice to see Bertie failing a bit, hope he can grab a couple of stages or go for a long-range attack to get himself back in it
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Horrible Alberto, just horrible.
Really miss Purito and Alejandro in this race, but oh well. Chaves seems to back on his usual level and Nibali can still put in a good fight, Aru is on a very good level. Its decent, but I just wish the likes of Adam Yates, Louis Meintjens etc. woulda skipped the race so I could have enjoyed it more. More conservative than Levi Leipheimer without a time trial, god bless. |

Don't you think that the Yates brothers will light up the race to put Froome under pressure? I hope Pozzovivo will do the same. There are some really interesting team dynamics possible this year. |

No, riding GTs apparantly mean to ride as conservative as humanly possible for 3 weeks for Adam Yates. Same for Meintjens. |

Wrong again. I never had been Bertie fan. I did just told that is't that hard to show some respect against classy rider who is ending he's complicated career.
Answer was just doper screaming and desperate will to stone him to death
Wrong again? When else was I wrong?
Read more carefully what I said. I didn't call you a Contador fan. And I'd argue telling someone to drop dead is more than telling him to show some respect to a rider.
I think he was refering to Contador. Drop dead means that Contador was empty and dropped like a stone.
I also think it wasn't directed at Contador, tho.

Seems like Conta made the right decision tho, there really isn't more left in the GTs. Could still be very competitive in one week races and hunt stages.
RIP SAMU, CONTA AND PURITO, the golden generation.
Only The Don left to saviour us all. |

Yes, spanish cycling won't be the same ever again when Balaverde decides to retire, too. Hope this day is far, far distant in the future.

The end of world is near, when people think that maturity is being shown on the internet forum.
Btw. i was just mocking back, on people who were implying that i know shit about cycling when i rated Contador to "random" 21st place at this years Vuelta...i was being too generous with that rating, now i see that.
Back to racing...i think we have a great race ahead of us, with SKY train not being obviously on TDF determination and quality level, Froome will have to do it largely himself against Nibbles, Chavito and others. Looking forward to next battles.
For today? I would say Modolo.

You don't know shit about cycling..you also predicted Majka inside top 5
..and if you think Bertie is done. You will know probably even less. If you cycling knowledge tells that Contador limit at this Vuelta is GC 21th.

The most predictable event of the Vuelta happened: Kelderman crashed

I love how Quick Step superdoms are always performing in Vuelta and Giro.

this comment made me realise that Quickstep and Sky are basically the same team, the only difference is that Sky focuses on climbing and QS on sprints and that QS non-tour riders can preform in the non-tours while Sky can't
I also don't like either so that also checks out

Shit feeling knowing Pozzo crashed. He is one of the most underestimated climbers there are and a clear contender for top 10

Avin: Contador has been suffering from stomach issues as well. And well I doubt that it is an excuse. He could barely hold on Stetina`s wheel on last climb at stage 3.
Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.
