You will have some fun time coming! 7 ½ years since I went on board, have not regret it yet
You mean it took 7 ½ years until finally promoting.
Hope the new guys are a bit faster to do so. Good luck and welcome to all new managers! Hope you will have a good time here. |

Thanks, very glad to be onboard.
NB: I'm off to a Europe trip (approx 15/9-1/10) with limites access to web, and no access to Exel) hope that won't hurt me too much.

A warm welcome to all of you, and congrats on being accepted into this highly addictive game.
There's a lot to learn, and all beginnings are difficult, but don't hold back. Ask a lot of questions, and Challenge the experienced members. A lot have been nursed to perfection through the years, but new/fresh eyes are most welcome too!
May you have a great time playing along, and see you in the off season!

Thanks for giving me the chance to join MG!
I've been told by my new scouter than some guy from Moldavia is on the market, i think is something like Pruskin (might be wrong). He told me about something called Giro (do you know what is that?). You guys seems nice, so I guess you won't mind to let him join my team by a minimal wage, don't you?

If it takes 7 ½ years to get promotion - I guess all of us newcomers will fight mostly for the secondary positions this year anyway. My team will get ya

Welcome to the new managers. I always find it very interesting to see what kind of projects may emerge.
Will this year finally be the one where an Arabic oriented team will emerge, will we get more competition in Scandinavia or what will happen?
*Jedi mind trick voice* We will not have more competition in Scandinavia.
Congrats to everyone who made it. It is an amazing opportunity if you can contribute your part.

More German sponsors is just fine. Means more talents you or cio won`t get and hence more chances for myself to close the gap to you talent wise.
Zabel/Zepuntke/Buchmann Herklotz/Sütterlin vs. Krieger/Koep...
No surprise I moved away from Germany.
(Just to get the same issue with Count or alexkr in Benelux) |

Best policy seems to just get no talents like I tend to do

You get three guesses to where my team will be based out of?

Nice try now just watch that guy being offered a miilion wage in first minute of transfers...
Btw. Congrats to all the new man-game managers, you will have some hard times, but more of a great ones and lots of fun.

Well, personally I'm an advocate of users that manage teams outside of their real life area, hence when I don't have an American team. But to each their own.

My guess is he will be the most expensive free agent since the salary cap has been introduced.

That only means that I will have to work hard so he fits in the CT limited budget

I think he may cost more than the CT wage cap
Congrats to all the new managers! Looking forward to seeing what sort of teams you put together. |

Why is it always our fault that you just suck at transfers?
