If Contador wanted to retire after the Vuelta, I would think he would at least want to go one more year and attack the Vuelta fresh so he would have a shot to contend, instead of after a tough TDF for him.
It's been rumored for year now though, I'm not surprised.
I guess he is realistic enough to understand that he cant compete for the GT podium anymore and next year would be worse than 2017, so why not end it right now, maybe with some signature stage win from attack.
I dont like you today..
Just today?
Well, celebrate dopers (that regret nothing) as you like, but leave the others their opinion on the matter.
and you got..have all correct list of ride or who doped ..doping and with what?
Yes also I have hated Bertie, but today I am sad that we don't see he' s 40..50..100km attacks anymore. Like we did see also at last TdF boredom fest |

To be fair, he only did that because his got dropped in the earlier stages
Somebody will pick up where he left off, or at least, let us hope.

So? He would have attacked even more if his legs were good enough for a podium.

You want good old EPO days back, you are real fan of sport, i can only applaud. More of a Landis things and less boredom (which is natural when similar level riders not doped to eyeballs ride the bike), yeah, sounds legit.

Movistar and Nairo Quintana could split at the end of 2017, report suggests
| https://trib.al/Om...
Had mentioned this post the TDF. Got a feeling all was not well. Rumours of both Astana and Trek as possible destinations.
Dayer's contract also runs out this year.

Haven't read about Dayer's move, but if that's the case Nairo's chance of following would be quite high.

This is all throwing sand in the eyes by the media trying to fabricate a conflict between Quintana and Movistar. And where would Nairo go - Movistar forged this team solely around Nairo's GC ambitions. Without these domestiques Quintana would be all alone everywhere else. And apparently this rumour only fuels the speculation of Landa, who desparately wants to move out of Froome's shaddow but in reality is weak without the Sky's domestique's squad, to move to the team. Besides Marc Soler is much younger and has way brighter future than Landa.
Even Unzue said that the team had screwed up the calendar for him with the Giro-Tour thing. Mind you that from the Top 10 in the Giro other than Nairo only Thibault Pinot and Bauke Mollema entered the Tour - Pinot gave up while Mollema won one stage.

This ain't exactly cycling news, but I have no idea where else to put this.
Does anybody have Eurosport Player and is just as confused as I am what the new update is supposed to have improved?
The whole design is much less intuitive and I have to scroll a lot more, I can't simply rewind channel content for up to 3 hours as I please anymore (which is the biggest issue for me), I didn't find the quality settings button yet...
The only improvement I can see so far is the instant 30s forward/rewind buttons, everything else looks like a mess.
Clarification: talking about the browser player here (Chrome).
